Full Moon wo Sagashite (Searching for a Full Moon) is good and currently getting through the series now. There's this one anime I forgot the name to that is like Alice in Wonderland themed that I want to see.

Also Spirited Away was good but I like Princess Mononoke better.

Well, I'm not quite sure if these were said but Ghost in the Shelltand alone complex and Azumanga Daioh are both pretty good ones. Thats what I'm working on now considering I'm caught up with naruto and Rurouni Kenshin is done.

Spirited Away was awesome. When anyone challenges me on Super Smash Brothers Melee, I use the name Haku and dominate. Blood the Last Vampire was also good, but I have never heard of Perfect Blue. What is it about?

Yet I''ve seen no mention of Blood the Last Vampire, SPirited Away or Perfect Blue.

Shame on you all

Bleach compared to Inu-Yasha? There more parallels between Bleach and Yuu Yuu Hakusho if anything.

The Kenshin manga is better than the TV series partly for the Jinchuu arc.

As for Slapping people who forgot hellsing. If alucard wasnt a cool character that series would have nothing. Other than alucards cool as a cat attitude it sucked balls it definatly should have stayed a Manga. Luckily the guys that made it realise this and are remaking it to follow the manga

And Seras Victoria isn't a reason to watch it? Even if Alucard wasn't nearly as bad'ass, the plot's solid, the animation is superb, the English dub isn't half bad, and the action sequences are amazing. The soundtrack is also incredible (playing Shine now, as a matter of fact). If you can give me reasons why Hellsing "sucked balls", as you so crudely put it, then maybe I won't consider your points to be so totally invalid.
And Bleach is overrated. Seems like another Inuyasha knock off to me. Good production value, it's just the storyline is a bit blah and overused.

I can't believe nobody's even mentioned Get Backers yet...

It's the best anime ever made ever. Well, that one's up for debate (Mainly 'cause I'm a big FLCL/Trigun fan), but it's definitely an extremely high-quality anime. Great art style, loveable characters, a well-written, long running story with plenty of episodic adventures to break up the tale, and some really neat takes on japanese pop culture and culture in general (a lot of the plot revolves around art and society). The manga's a good read, too.

They're not remaking it. They're making a 4 episode OVA called Hellsing Ultimate. That contains the arc from the manga with the vampire nazis. Which is (like many other people) my favorite part of the story.

Cheaper though, that's for sure. Hell, every time I go to the book store, I can read two mangae on average whilest there, and only have to buy the third one. Such is the life of a cheapskate, as it is. =P

Just on a side note, I thought that I'd toss in that reading the Full Metal Alchemist and Evangelion Manga is much more worth it than watching the show. Different perspectives, and the stories frequently take different turns.

Yes... I think I found both of those had slightly darker perspectives than the anime series.

Fruits Basket is another good series to read the manga of. The anime is overall quite cutesy; but the manga shows the darker side of the Juunishi's curse and delves more seriously into the emotions of the characters.

I think lately I've been enjoying manga though a hell of a lot more than anime.

Love Hina again. Love hina is by far the funniest anime i have ever watched or read. It even beats cowboy bebop in my opinion

Yes. You'd see the different coats if you watched the different TV series or movies or specials.

The first TV series is known as the green jacket series as that's what he wears. Same goes for the second with the red jacket and the third with a pink jacket. Like

I said before, only the red jacket series is out in the states.

Yea, people mentioned Yakitate!! Japan. Eyeshield 21 rocks!(look at sig)

I really like how Gundam sticks with the idea of there being no clear hero during war but seed really confuses itself with all the themes and misconstrues them and is just one big mess.

Bakuretsu God Finger, is what you meant. The dub of G Gundam has some pretty evil translations. One of my favorite gundam series in 08th MS Team though, only 12 eps (of which only the first 11 you should watch) and a neat little side story of what can happen to people during war.
