Thanx you guys I haven't login for a while but I'll try it very soon as possible. I think Xkeeper set me a good example of it.

But I never knew that stuff was complicated as hell. Better start learning about CSS I found on some sites before I set my layout.

Okay, that's just stupid. That's exactly what I put in the first time, and it didn't work then, but it works now

<style>@import url(http://www.something.com/stuff/YourURLgoeshere/PLZ.css);</style>

Just, put your URL in place of that random one...

... Okay, thaaaaat makes sense, considering some complaints I got when I was using a different host... But, uh. When I apply that code in place of the link rel, the layout stops working, so I'm gonna refrain from doing so until I get an explanation as to why.

Apparently it crashes the board (or something) if the thing doesnt load properly...

@import doesnt...

Thats why everyone uses it.

Er... Why?

I've been using that for my layout for around a year and no one has complained

<style>@import url(url of css file.css);</style>

Xk needs to make a filter that changes that LINK REL crap into @import...

Heeey. That's not fair. I made a passing attempt to be helpful.

Near as I can tell, he wants a layout like Alastor's, but with that image instead of the cave wall rock looking thing, a black text box without a border, no image on the right, and the text to be both gray and bold.

Could be, but I know it's from Super Mario Brothers 3.

I just read the first sentence.

Eh. Personally, I'd just use CSS for the whole thing.

Yeah, with CSS. Not really certain, but it'd probably be something like

<link rel="stylesheet" href="url of css file.css">

and then in the css file have something like

.something b { color: #D6DCE6; }

with </div> in the sig. And if you were using css for the whole thing, you'd also want to have

.something { color: #FFFFFF; background-color: #000000 }

or something along those lines in there as well.

Besides the image I need a black background, white text and sliver bolded text as well. I need some tutorial tips on how to create my own layout.
blackbg:
< div style="background:rgb(00,00,00);height=100%" > < /div >

whitetext:
< font color="white" > < /font >

bold:
< b > < /b >

The silver part, I don't know...
