I recently got an iPod Video, and have been trying to get videos and movies on it without having to purchase them off of iTunes. A friend (Iggy Koopa) recommends Videora iPod converter, so I get it and try it out. Everything works great, I have a few things converted to MPEG-4 format (which apple.com says is what the iPod Video can read), and I go to put it in iTunes so that it's ready!
Nope. For some reason, they won't go into iTunes. The little + sign is there, saying that the move is okay... but it just doesn't go into iTunes. I've tried dragging it into the library, into a new playlist, into my iPod directly... none of it works.
I just need to know what's causing this problem, and how I can fix it. I really really really don't want to have to get quicktime pro when I'm so close to the finish line with this program.

ANY help would be greatly greatly appreciated.

And I'd like to thank Thoughtless for his efforts in trying to help me via PM. We just couldn't figure this out.
