PM Block, yeah, that'd be cool. PM Block as in everyone having the choice to block whoever they want (just like with layout blocks before)... Not making it so just admins can prevent selected people from sending PMs to anyone. |

It's not that I'm being harrassed, it's just, I want him to shut up, to be honest. Perhaps change that third one to "PM Block". |

Or only allow them to PM staff? Nah. Seriously, there's absolutly no problem with banned users sending PMs. As YD said, if they harass you, report it to staff. That's what staff's here fore.
Also, there ARE bans that aren't permanent... |

If we gave everyone who isn't banned the ability to change their name, we'd lose track of who is who within a day. 
It's not hard to PM an admin to do it for you. There is almost always one online, and if not, the pm will be there when they arrive. Option 2 wouldn't be bad, but like Ashley said, it's not important. Banned members need PMs, it's the only way they can communicate. |

2) You mean like, thread titles? This has been brought up a few times before.. it's nice to take care of that typo that slipped in there or something, but it's not a big deal. 3) Well, banned users often need to communicate with staff. If you are getting harrassed via PM by a banned user, or anyone for that matter, you should report it. |

I think that users should have the power to edit their names with a powerlevel of 0+.
They should be able to edit their own threads too. And banned users should not have the power to send PM's. |
