Shyguy: Try resizing the image in any image editor and reuploading it, the last time I tried to put an image behind a post like what you are starting to try to do, it came out very badly.

Oh, and I could help you make it stick to the top of your post, behind the table if you wanteed.

That's much better. Its odd. Some of the posts with the white background were readable and others weren't.

784x220 is the average size without going any further then what you have. Make Sonic the same width, but shorten his height to 430 pixals.

Fixed for you, Apofisu.

Now how big is an average post on acmlm's? I really need to know before I resize my image.

<font color=0000CC> at the end of your header and </font> at the beginning of your sig.

Edit: Or what Riku said if you want to use the silly board code and make it blue.

...What? You're joking, right? It's [blue] in the last part of your header and [/color] in the front of the sig.

Ow, my eyes. Change your post text blue or something.

As for you question, I'd leave it like that. It looks better.

No problem. Next time, though, if you feel like you need help with a creating a layout and don't know exactly what you're doing; might want to ask questions and stuff before experimenting. Now all you have to do is design the table and stuff -- similar to how Riku has his (and well; maybe a little bit of recoding, here and there).

You might want to make it 100% size and remove Mario to your sig.

You forgot to add the "td" to it. Relook my other post again.

Then why not just ask? That code that you had just now isn't a common code people use. It's "table". Anyway,
Head
< table border="1" >< td >
Sig
< /td >< /table >

Have you tried getting an admin to edit it out for you? Or better yet, just delete the code from your header and stuff and put a completly different code; like:

Header -
< table >
Sig -
< /table >

Then edit your profile and see if it's gone...
