I've never experienced the death of anyone close (friend, pet, or even relative), but the fear that it could happen today is always there. |

I wouldn't call 13 young, but it's not very old either. I know for sure that cats can get over 20 easily. And for dogs, it depends on size. Bigger they are, the shorter they live for some reason...
I know how you feel, my grandmother had her cat, put out of misery to say. If she had any pain, be happy that's it's gone now. |

Young? 13 is a nice long age for a cat. But... nonetheless, I know how losing family pets can feel. Just remember... If the cat had to be put down, it was probably more merciful than the alternative.
...Since this sounded way too cold, most likely... You have my condolences. All I can really suggest is that you remember the good times you had. |

When a person that is good to you dies, and dies young, it can be sad. I hope you feel better for I see how it hurts. Remember that Bubby will always be looking down on you smiling. |

How'd she get those digestive problems? I feel sorry knowing she's only 13. May God be with her. |
