I wouldn't call it newer or better, but try Tile Layer Pro. It can do that.
Tile Molestor is also awesome, but I'm not sure it can import images, and it's useless since it's written in Java. |

I'm used to YY-CHR, but import bitmaps to ROMs isn't working all right anymore. Can you please give me some tips to newer/better Tile editors? Glad to be back Macbee |
