DO NOT GET MP5. |

MP7 has more stuff to shake up the standings, so it is a little more balanced in the sense that it evens the playing field for good players versus inexperienced players.
However I found the maps in MP6 more fun, and the overall feel of the game to be better. |

MP6. I rented MP7 just now, and it's a little diappointing, to be honest.
Just not as complete-feeling as MP6 was. |

Ummm... as long as it is multiplayer, then go ahead and get any one of them.
It gets boring playing them single player. Although I did that with MP6, I only did it because I want to unlock stuff for when my friends want to play with me (which they LOVE Mario Party multiplayer). I tell you, though, Verbal Assault in MP6 is one hilarious game multiplayer. Long game, too, if you are good... |

Any of them are good. They each have their own unique charm. MP4 has some pretty fun games, MP5 has Super Duel Mode, and MP6 has Mic games. I hear MP7 is good, too. |

I'd go with either MP6 or MP7 because they both come with a mic for more fun. |

For christmas my brother wants a Mario Party game for the gamecube. I haven't played any Mario party games since N64 MP 3. I also read some horrid reviews on these new Mario Parties. I wanted to know are any of the gamecube ones any good, and if so , which one do you recomend I buy for him? |
