Yeah, I noticed the mailbox ran at a reasonable speed when scrolling across the animated GIF background, but ridiculous when alone. I guess nobody ever thought that if you have to speed up your animation that much to get it to play correctly because the computer is running so slow on that page, maybe you have some design issues?  |

In Firefox on my Athlon 64, all the GIFs were moving really, really fast, especially the mailbox at the bottom. It was rather hilarious, and showed just how horribly slow computers were back then.  |

Eh, I'm in my element when the board is like this. This environment gives me +10 to attack and +5 to defense, due to my past knowledge of navigating 1996-style nightmares and the ability of mine to create similar things.
Even the annoying gifs don't effect me much. |

That was so damn funny! The pointlessness of the whole thing was funny to me, especially the spinning "NEW!" and the blinking "HOT!" images. It also shows how far the internet has evolved, too. |

I dunno, mine seems to dislike large blocks of repeated animated GIFs. Probably because its video card is a pile of junk, and there are translucent windows behind the browser. Or maybe one of these silly Firefox extensions is causing it. Bah who cares. |
