Are there any specific programs I need to get into Chat? Or, more specifically, see it? When I try to get onto Chat, all I see is a blank image with that weird MSPaint icon in the top-right corner where you'd normally see the (not-so) evil RED X. (No pun. Okay, maybe a little one. I need to be a little crazy every so often...) I'm assuming this means I need an external program to get on, but is this so? If so, what do I need? If not, what internet settings could possibly block this (besides popup blockers or anything like that)?

Edit: Ooookay... Nevermind about the MSPaint icon. Now it's the oh-so-annoying X. Great... What's the problem?
