Why an MMORPG? I've yet to see a good addictive MMORPG. They're all straight forward with basically no purpose other than to level up. And PvP. *sigh*
Also, I can't imagine it being very good on the DS. I'd rather see a Star Ocean game.  |

Not too surprised seeing someone making a own ragnarok client as the protocol is quite well-known, and it's not really too hard to make your own client... with the right references around. Still quite cool though.
It's interesting with a DS client that works with a PC MMO, even if the DS have a different kind of view like that video.: |

I would think the screen size would be at least slightly problematic...
Now, Valcion's on the right track here. Gunbound now! Not nearly as many people to potentially fill the screen, no need to use the touch screen (it could be used for some shot options, but an entirely conventional interface is possible)... |

I doubt they actually release the cartridge for free. 
All I wonder if it's a separate world than the PC one, or the same thing. Maple story isn't my favourite MMORPG exactly, but it keeps getting updates anyway. On DS that might be solved with a rewritable memory, but still... |

Developers, quit it with the 2D games. This is just the sort of thing which has made me rarely use a DS anymore. I haven't played Maple Story myself, but MMORPGs are so boring... Ugh.
Why is there not a single boxing or wrestling game for DS? That's the worst part. |
