I detect a lack of grammar. But heck.
Turning on the option (selecting) to limit fps will prevent it going too fast. This is due to your computer's ability to render it at a high rate, so it will run at the rate your computer does. If you don't like it fast and wish to leave it off, please go and downgrade your computer making it slower and closer to a computer that would have been top of the range ten years ago. If you don't like it fast, just limit the fps. |

i know that u can use limit FPS but the fps will still go to 120 if i take it off and i would like to play with it off there has to be another solution to fixing this? |

ok well i used the cloning hack the modified one that makes you run faster and slide alot and i turned the hack off and deleted it and my game is still going really fast i tried reseting the game closing it opening it again and still won't go back to normal it keeps running at 120fps 0_o and i dont know how to fix it.
