In his office, Melvin rubbed his forehead, groaning as he sat up. His glasses were gone, and he began pawing around for them. Melvin: Man... What did I drink last night? Booster: Half a keg of L33t B33r. Melvin suddenly turns, looking out the window. People were flooding the streets, screaming and rioting and doing all manner of things when chaos is running amuck. Melvin: What the hell is their problem? All of a sudden, a flying purple dinosaur flew into the window, hitting it with a loud "thump", following up by glomping the window. Barney Clone #1: I love you! Melvin: AAAAARGH KILL IT Melvin dove into his desk drawer, and despite not having his glasses, fired off an entire round of bullets into the window from his gun, sending the dinosaur suit-wearing man toppling off the building onto a lamp post. Melvin: What in the hell was that...?

This is a real toughie - Mario's got all the powerups and the oldschool appeal; Link has a badass sword and he's a pimp; and Sonic, quite simply, is the fastest thing alive. |
I'm going to have to go with Link on this one. He could chop up Mario, and he's simply got more ladies than Sonic ever will.

Seconds later... The ISM Zantetsuken came ashore, plowing right through Kirbynite's crops. Melvin poked his head out of a window on the bridge, and snapped his fingers. Melvin: Damn it! Only minutes too late!

As Kirbynite neared the door, a siren began going off, and the door's defenses quickly activated - they were ready for everyone this time around. However, as seven sentry guns, neatly lined up in a row, all pointed their double turrets at Kirbynite, a chain went flying over the row of turrets, lodging the hook on it's end in the wall right next to the door. Melvin: Smithy! Activate rocket skates! Smithy: Right! Smithy was putting on a pair of rollerblades with large bottle rockets attatched to them. A giant brown box, filled with styrofoam pellets nearby read "ACME ROCKET SKATES, ONE PAIR". Smithy bent over, and lit both of the bottle rockets as Melvin climbed on his back, while holding the hookshot in his left hand. The fuses continues to shorten, and... BLOOSH! Smithy and Melvin suddenly both turned into a gigantic flying fireball, that rolled down the hallway, turning all seven turrets into scrap metal as they barreled through them and eventually crashed in a heap after hitting the wall.
