| Nice to see you fixed the "water surface underwater" thing that was in your old SMB3 hack (this is the same Rockman from Tek, right?) From what I see, everything looks new. That's good.  Just so you know, though (you know, in case you didn't), the ? spheres are instant death unless they're in a fortress, I think. Maybe a more experienced romhacker knows the exact details. I mentioned that because of the Boom-Boom pic. Personally, I'm not big on the "black water" idea, but at least it's not really butt-ugly like some things I've seen from other people. Also, look in that last screen... see the blue background on the P-Switch? Yeah. That's not very pretty. May wanna see about fixing that (or just not putting the P-Switch underwater). A transparent BG should fix that, I think... | FFV or FFVI would probably be better for that. Why? They already have 4-person parties.  Just like the original FF1. Don't get me wrong, I like the larger parties, but if you're going to make it FF1, you make it right. | My mind hurts from looking at those. Painful memories of Secret 6 (I think it was Secret) from the GBA version were brought back... argh, the falling into the spikes and the dying and the frustration... ARGH! Sorry, heh. The levels look pretty good from the screens (I'm having a hard time finding a YI rom.  ), but they do look hard. Maybe consider working on some new beginning levels? That's not saying scrap these - you have good late-game levels, it looks like. Oh, and Kefka: I don't think Ganon's Tower was in Link's Awakening.  |

| I just remembered neotransotaku's "solar-power flashlight" comment when I read geeo's post. XD Hm... All sources of power have their flaws. Solar and wind aren't constant (cloudy days, no wind sometimes...), coal has an assload of pollution, nuclear has (although rare) meltdowns... If we could go by hydroelectric, solar, and wind power, that'd be great. But we can't. Places like Sweden don't get enough sunlight for solar (because of the angle the sun's rays hit), wind's unreliable in most places I can think of, and not every place can build a dam. Granite catching fire, eh? That should be interesting... Screw the brick through the window, throw a flaming rock!  |

| geez... I'm still a stone hammer. Cheveyo's the name, Grub and Mage are the mobiles. Although I may throw Nak in there every once in a while. Xkeeper knows of the Adventures and Shitty Aim of the A.Sate... when I was using it, anyway. I hit my teammates more than I hit my opponents. Earned the Most Valuable Player on Their Team award, too...  But I don't suck so much anymore. |

| Urgh! Has anyone else been having an asinine amount of problems lately with Gunbound? i can't create a game without getting a Network Connection Error (though it never actually does anything), and periodically I've been getting Server Connection Errors that immediately end the game. In better news, I seem to be pretty good with Aduka. |

| Edit: Colleen, you bastard. Well, bumped, but in this forum... it's not a bump. If you really want to use magic, though, I'd suggest (completely the opposite of most of the above) FIghter/Red Mage/White Mage/Black Mage. Now before you call me a moron, lemme explain. Also note that this is tested on FF1 NES version (rom, of course) using some bugfixes to fix weaknesses/resistances, weapon type damage bonuses, and other stuff that no one notices. Fighter because you need a tank. Red Mage is your main healer, as he has generally better armor than the other two mages so he'll live through more. He doesn't need the attack spells because he has reasonably good weapons. Your White Mage can then devote his/her energies to obliterating the annoyingly common undead with Harm spells. Black Mage is there because attacking a group of enemies is sometimes needed/wanted. Why draw a fight out to 3 turns with a physical party when a Black Mage can wipe the area clean with a few Fir3 spells? The main problem with this party is that it's amazingly expensive. To fully outfit in the first town with 3 spells for each mage and optimal equipment, it costs 1095 gil. Later on, it's even worse. Although, you're probably only gonna get 3 spells for RM, and 2 for the other two anyway. And since you need two Silver Swords later on... However, this is a good party to test magic with (with two users of each type of magic, you can use everything and figure out what you like, except with the level 8 spells), and if you can tolerate the astronomical equipment costs it should be a fairly reliable party. Later on, this party WILL suffer, I will say that now. But it'll be very good early on. And hey, you have two people that can act as healers. If you still feel that you need more physical fighting, try Fighter/*/Red Mage/Black Mage. You still have a healer (RM), and he's still a reasonable fighter. * Fighter, Thief, Monk. Any of them work well, although a Thief is pretty weak until a certain event later on. (edited by Cheveyo Chowilawu on 11-25-04 11:58 PM) |

| Here's what I have for it. 2 controllers Zelda Collector's Edition Megaman Anniversary Collection Mario Kart: Double Dash Probably one or two other misplaced games So here's where I turn to you for help. Someone has already offered to buy all these, so individual prices are not my concern. How much should I sell the whole thing for? I don't want to charge too much, but at the same time I don't wanna cheat myself. All the games are in good condition, even the misplaced ones (they're still in the case, I just don't recall where I put the cases. ) and both controllers work fine. |
