| Well, it depends largely on how much tea we have - less tea = I drink more milk so mom doesn't kill me for drinking all the tea - and how hard it was for me to get to sleep the night before (less sleep, more milk, more sleep that night). So I can't vote, really, because some days I drink none, some days I drink the whole quart in a day.... |

And he didn't say it sucks, he said it's MEDIOCRE (capitalized and put in a larger font because you obviously didn't see it the first time). Two different things. Think before posting...  |

| I have mixed feelings towards this game. The music varies between great and grating. The characters are unbelievably bland. The job system was great, but the jobs were generally pretty unbalanced, along with their abilities - Mystic Knight with Two-swords or Twohand anyone? Yes, it's one of my favorite games - I really like the job system, and the fights are at just the right level of challenge usually. But it, like all games, has its share of flaws. |

| I beat Exdeath on the SNES rom at level 41 (Lenna/Reina was L37). Cara/Krile was the last person left, and she only had 8 HP.. I love Flare. I'm working on two files on the Playstation version now... One where I just play through normally - I'm up to Exdeath's Castle - and another one I just started where I'm only using jobs from the first two crystals... Which kills my ultimate Seal Guardians strategy. Screw learning Aero3, just do a double GilToss. If you have enough money for it, each hit is 3900 to all of them - they have 7777 HP, so two hits is a kill.  I really did this on my normal file... |

It disappoints me how every time my mother tries to give me a better birthday party than the year before, she fails spectacularly.  It's gotten to where I'm going to ask her not to have a 17th or 18th birthday party for me... honestly, I expected the 16th to go well. Instead, I ended up even more agitated, angry, frustrated, and depressed than on a normal day.  Mostly the last two, really. The first two were because of two cousins I had to put up with for THREE DAMN DAYS! One of them was 12 or 13, so she wasn't so bad, but the other one was 10... and unbelievably annoying. | I casually mentioned this thread in passing to my mother today on the way home from... somewhere, can't really remember where. Well, her reaction was somewhere between "lecture" and "rant". It was one of those rare moments I actually considered violence towards family. Especially since she never let me finish what I was saying. I hate that crap.That said, it's true that what happened to the World Trade Center three years ago was an act of terrorism and an unfortunate loss of many human lives. But seriously, it was three years ago. And besides, as mentioned in this thread (I think...) there have been far worse incidents that people here in the US don't even kno - or care - about. I'd also like to remind you that the people who lost family in the attacks probably would have moved on by now if the media didn't rub it in their face every fucking year. * The statement about people in the US is as a general group and not a personal attack. |

My favorite was probably the entirety of world 3.  My least favorite... that minifortress in world 8. The one with those many paths. That was the last level I ever cleared - most of the time I carried a cloud to skip over it. |

| How does that make you "right", YD? I have nothing against people attacking men. Far from it. However, I think it's a little unfair that people can go ahead and insult men all the time, while you say one thing that can be taken as an insult to women and you're called a sexist. At least that's how it is here... I also never said we have it "worse", I'm merely pointing out a problem created by humans and not by evolution/creation. The problem I mentioned was one we could - ideally - do something about. The problems posted by Garmichael are ones we can't really do anything about. | Well, since I usually finished my classwork an hour before the end of class (1 hr 30 min classes ), it wouldn't have been so bad... but I had some asshole teachers that refused to give homework until the end of class, resulting in me being bored out of my mind until the end of class - they wouldn't allow work from other classes to be done in that class even when I was done (and my History homework was always long. Easy, just time consuming), nor would they allow me to do anything else. Half the time they wouldn't even let me go to the bathroom.  |
