Alright, you were making sense 'til we got here. Sure, it's rewarding to those who do good, but if we're talking about the Christian god, then we all know what happens to those who aren't so nice. 'Go directly to hell. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200.' Somehow he suddenly sounds a lot less forgiving.

But hey, I'm not Christian, nor have I been for six years, so there's probably a major detail, explanation, or excuse here that I'm missing. =/

I regret that I must limit my comments to Christianity, however, as my knowledge of other religions is very limited.

My typical reply to that remark might get me tempbanned for flaming, so I'll hold it in, and reply *shudders* in a civil manner.

I cannot get Firefox because I do not own the computer that I use to access the internet. I'm pretty sure others are in this situation as well, so kindly hold in your 'wisdom' from now on unless it holds more meaning than that please.

Choices bolded for your convenience.

SSBM
FFT
WHY MUST I CHOOSE? Oh, wait, I don't have to. No vote on Terranigma vs. OoT
No vote; not fond of either
SMB, but I never played the other...
Sonic 3 sucked alone, so FF6
ARGH! See Terranigma vs. OoT
Chrono Trigger

Edit: Oh, right, my whole damn layout's bold. Choices italicized.

Well, if it's any help in your decision, I've been an administrator at two boards, demoted because I eventually left AR, and due to very bizzarre circumstances (read: I was framed) when XG got hacked. In addition, I was a local mod at TEK, so long ago.

So what I'm trying to say is, I've got quite a bit of experience with moderating boards.

I suppose perhaps the staff could only take so much 'omg this staf sux' shit from the normal members before they got tired of it.

Just a possibility.

Well, it brightened up my day a bit. Keep up the good work. We could use more humor about this place, and a bit less drama, but I dunno if you can help with that last one.

HatehatehatehatehatehatehateHATE! That blasted cape made many levels far too easy. Levels that normally might be vaguely challenging (Forest Secret Area, for example) become a breeze with the cape. I know, the obvious solution is to just not use it, but there are many things one couldn't do without some flying...

... perhaps a small hack to remove the gliding could help... *heads over to SMW hacking*

It's not really the layout I have problems with, it's the person who decided to be one of the typical FireFox users (typical at this board, anyway) and simply assume that everyone can get FF and would like it more than any other browser.

While the layout's not great in IE, it is readable, so I don't have any real problems with it since the non-good elements are just browser incompatibilities.

Yup. Yet another thread I killed by posting in it. =/ It was good before, and you managed to improve it now. Excellent work, as always. However, it looks like she's not on the moon at all, she's just... floating htere. Was that intentional?

... now let's hope this thread doesn't die like the old one did after my post.

DKC2. Best music, most challenging (but not to a sickening degree, like some games), and most fun overall.

And again, best music. I listen to DKC2 music most of the time I'm on my computer.

And I, in turn, challenge you to prove Christianity, Vampire.

I bet neither of us are getting anywhere with either challenge.

And I still don't know what Terranigma is about...I've never even heard of the game...
Look for a ROM and play Terranigma. If you have trouble finding one, I might be able to help...

And I put OoT pretty low on my list of Zelda games. Not because it's a bad game, but because there's others I like more: LttP, Oracle of Seasons, Link's Awakening DX.

What the fuck is this thread about? Is it about the existance of Jesus Christ? Is it about evolution vs. creationism? Is it some bizzare abstract construct of a corrupted mind? Seems like a mess of a combination of all the above, so I'll answer it as such. Correct me, however, if I'm wrong about the nature of this topic.

Jesus existed, of this I am sure. Whether he was the son of God or a crazy man is another story entirely, one I won't divulge my opinions on. After all, it was 'did he exist', not 'was he the son of God'.

I'm more inclined to believe Evolution. Unfortunately, I've heard no explanation for the original creation of life that makes sense. Either it came from a pool of chemicals, or some magic man in the sky made it. If it were the first one, then we should be able to eventually recreate that scenario (let me know if it has been recreated, please). And if it's that second one, well... I'm not a religious person, so if it's the second one I'm screwed.

Haven't been arrested, though; the first one was self-defense, the second one was bullshit (I'm surprised the cops even came), and on the third one I was let off with a warning.

Generally speaking, I suppose they do their job. But you don't hear about when they do their job anywhere near as often as when they don't.

Oh, and in GTA, I blow up their car with a shot to the gas tank. Boom!

I used to play SMB3 and Golf (NES, generic golf game) with one of my mom's old boyfriends back when I was 6. And I played Tetris Attack with mom pretty frequently back when my SNES still worked. Later, when I got a Nintendo 64, I got my stepdad to play SSB with me a few times, and he played Starfox 64 a bit (not much, though). Mom played Ocarina of Time when I borrowed it from a friend. She beat the dungeons, I killed the bosses. And when dad came home from Afghanistan for Christmas, we played Halo 2. I won, of course.

But First-person games of all sorts make mom sick (the movement), and my SNES is broken, so no games with her, and dad's in Afghanistan. He actually bought a GBC for his trip over there.

I remember seeing a doccumentry about famous people of the past, where a man tried to "evolve" flies, as their life span is much shorter than humans' (obviously), but his efforts never really paid off. One day however, a new mutant fly flew in through his window, which had never been identified before. His genereic efforts paid off!

Erm... The part of my post that you quoted was related to the original creation of life on earth, while your comment seems to be related to evolution of life.

1. SMB3.
7. MMX2. SMW felt like a dumbed-down SMB3.
11. Super Metroid
3. LttP
2. SSBM
10. Ocarina of Time. Still fun after all these years (heh, sorry Emptyeye).
6. Final Fantasy VI. Which one have I sunk more than 40 hours into without beating? Yeah, I suck, but that's not the point.
4. Chrono Trigger
