| Huh. Y'know, I'd like to say I expected a more meaningful thread, but that wouldn't be accurate. People change browser/OS/email service/other crap every day. What's next, someone posting a thread because they changed their underwear? =/ I only use IE because I have no choice in the matter. I'll try other browsers when I get a chance, if only because certain assholes choose to block certain browsers from visiting their site - not mentioning names, of course. I don't care how much a browser doesn't comply with standards, how many pointless features it lacks, or whatever other complaints you have about it; if you don't like it, don't bash it - just don't use it, and save the rest of us the frustration of listening to you/reading your posts. Bah, I'm getting annoyed just thinking about the subject.  |

Red used the Nul spells, then Tempered and Hasted himself. White used Invisira/Protera (and their weaker versions) and kept everyone alive. Black used -agas in random battles, and Haste/Tampered Knight in boss battles. In the late game, Knight used one or two of the Nuls (I think he could use one of 'em) to speed up the process since he wasn't doing any real damage until he was Tempered a few times. Then again, Dawn of Souls is much easier than the original. I'd like to get Origins, as I'm pretty sure it has the same difficulty as the original, with better sound. But, I'll probably just beat FF1 on my computer one of these days. =/ |

| I've always thought that if parents paid more attention, there'd be no need to have these ratings, but that's a rant for another day. It makes sense to raise it (or lower it) a year, though. I can't think of anything else that you have to be seventeen for. A few things, like driver's licenses (dammit, how the HELL do you spell that?) require you to be 16 in most states, and a few other things require you to be 18... but not seventeen. Of course, it doesn't affect me anyway. I've been playing Doom since I was... 12, I think. My mom clearly doesn't care what I play, since I know the difference between reality and videogames. ... and don't ask why I spelled seventeen out while writing 16 and 18 as numbers. |

I'm sick and god damn tired of you trying to turn everything into an "omg ie sux get firefox" discussion. Site: The only difference I saw in that screenshot was in the link colors. Just looked at the site, and I'm gonna give it a 6/10. There's just something that's... not quite right there. Can't put my finger on it, but I think it has to do with the title image. |

| IIRC, there was a TXT file with one version of FFHackster that explained how to do it. Problem is, that requires use of a hex editor - something many people, myself included, hate using. Don't think that a patch for it exists, though. |

| I'll be honest, I don't really see any flaws in how the forum is run now. Yes, there are people who break the rules, but I doubt changing anything will fix that, honestly. Though, a blacklist/forum ban does sound like it would be effective. The only problem I could see is that if someone with unpopular views gets forum banned/blacklisted, they'll probably say their views are being oppressed or somesuch. Ah well, can't blame yourself for the stupidity of others. |
