Wendigo, go posting a thread in the newbie forum introducing yourself. Don't ask. Just do it, before the giant grey monster grow more poisoned and volatile around us Kawa comes.

And, if Scripted can't read scripts, once you hit control+clic in elitemap, check if the file name in scripted has the extension .gba If it hasn't it, WRITE IT, is an error I got and I've found it today ---kawa, BTW now I know the error maybe you could fix it---. Anyway, you won't be able to compile scripts even puting the extension, so find ol' diamond cutter or rubikon for it.

Kawa, do you know how to translate 0-255 values into 0-31 values? Search for super nintendo color calculator had no results.

Next monday my sister comes back from Dublin, so she brings back her digital camera and I can make a proper photo... then I'll put it in the photo album, and hope Tarale make a pic from me, knowing the chances are 1/X, being X the number of acmlmboarders less the ones she already drawed (+1 if she draws Kawa in his/her/its tentacle demon in cute disguise form or his/her/its pimp hatted pikachu form, or +2 if both) Seen this way... Posted on 08-02-05 11:55 PM, in Tired of entering through proxy Link
Since I changed my modem months ago, I got a new IP range... which was banned from the board! So I have to enter it through a proxy, and not many are able to log in in the board. This one is the only I could find (I used other before, but stopped working), but now it started to add stupid messages (see below) that I cna't erase or the post is not valid (even if my IP changes; this is second time I write this post). I got tired of this, the message even appears if I try to edit my layout or a post and can't be erased yet., and I guess if somebody can help me, at least telling me of a quiet, working proxy .

Damnit, it can't be, No! ... ... ... ... ... BTW, mine is changeable... and as I saw, the only that they have in common is the first number... damnit.

Plan B: Does anyone know about a acmlm compatible proxy that works allright?

You answered your own question They probably use the "replace block by block" method... instead of the "replace whole map" function which I am almost certain R/S has... considering G/S has had it already (and they only used it 3 times though)

Anyhow... Your problem will be most likely solved by deleting all that garbage SetMapTile scripts (which actually should be named "SetBlock" but whatever)

cYa,

Tauwasser

"it's not a huge pile of setmaptile " means that there's no garbage of setmaptile/setblock script... I'm confused.

I'll try to find the map in coolman's way.

Got it! Got it! Got it! I'm the fucking god which I don't believe in! actual ruby map is in 0x303800, the pointer is at 0x3041c0, and sapphire map in ruby is at 0x2df044, so just repointed at the pointer and worked! Maybe I release a ruby-fixing patch for hackers. By the way, I'm the only who noticed this... am I the only one that got so far in a ruby hack? O_o Well, see ya

I want to change the swimming tuber (small sprite) into a normal-sized sprite, with movement or not. Graphic repoint failed, nothing was shown, and when setting normal size parts of another sprite were shown in the game (in spread it was shown like, by logic, should appear)
