| Three more guards and one half hour later... JDavis: No luck. Guts: It seems that they don't consider anyone without a weapon an adult. JDavis: And our weaponry is too advanced for them to recognize as such... Additionally, there seems to be only one toilet in this city, and my tricorder picked up life signs from within it. This trip blows. Guts: I found this, though. *holds up a strange looking, pink, somewhat fairy-shaped creature* Stray Fairy: Please, hear my plea! The masked Japanese girl has broken me apart and scattered my pieces! Please find a way to return me to the Fairy Fountain in North Clock Town. |

| A careful observer may have noticed a blue glow in a couple of one of the buildings' second-story windows. JDavis had decided to beam inside one of the buildings, knowing the high ground and cover might give him some advantage. | We get out Thursday, the 20th. The Seniors got out Friday (14th). And by "get out" I mean I get a couple weeks before I have to go take College Algebra every Mon-Thur starting at like 7 or 8 AM |

| Finally, Kirbynite reached the door. Once again, the rooms seemed to shift around our heroes, and they found themselves in the next boss room. As they looked around, it did not appear that there was anyone in the room with them. JDavis: Hello? Any Robot Master home? ... Guess not. Gutsman: *walks up to the door on the opposite side of the room* It won't open... Ran: Perhaps Wily was not prepared for an attack on his fortress just yet? Quint: No... He's always prepared... Draco: Maybe that Megaman guy destroyed one of the Robot Masters and Wily had to compensate by moving the rest so that we'd face them one room sooner. Quint: Even if he had to re-use an old Robot Master, Wily wouldn't leave an RM room empty. Jack: Hey, Duo. Think you can knock down this door? Duo: Negative. It seems to be made of the same substance as the helmets those "metools" we ran into earlier wore. JDavis: ... Anyone else get the eerie feeling that there IS someone in here besides us? The group hears an evil chuckle and turns around to see a figure stepping out from a dark corner of the room. A dark red aura surrounds it. ???: You guys aren't so stupid after all. Quint: Bass?! | Meanwhile, up in the air, JDavis and Ryoko continue their saber battle, once again stopping for a moment in a power struggle. JDavis: I see your shwartz is as big as mine. Ryoko: RRrrrrah! And again back into going-so-fast-they-can-barely-be-seen fighting. ---------- Elsewhere... Sailor Venus and Kiyone are now in hand-to-hand combat. Or what you could call combat if they weren't so evenly matched and kept blocking each other's attacks. ---------- Still elsewhere, Jack is seen standing in pose that suggests he's ready for fighting. His vest gently blows about in the wind. Across from him, Azaka and Kamidake stand, seemingly equally ready. Finally, Jack grabs for his phaser rifle. Azaka and Kamidake open their front parts up, revealing more lasers than I'd like to think about, and more lasers pop up from their sides and back. Jack ducks behind a boulder for cover, and the firefight is on. ---------- Elsewhere again, Draco is tip-toeing around the side of the house... Draco: I wonder what kinds of high-tech stuff they have laying around that I can.. procure. Suddnely, as he comes to a corner, a hand comes out from around it and slaps him. Hard. | JDavis: Looks like that's my cue. The screen goes black, then the left third of the screen shows an outside view of the "building", facing to the left, focused on a particular window. The glass shatters and starts to fall outward. Then, the scene freezes. The right third of the screen shows the same scene, this time from the angle of the building facing to the right. It freezes at the same point. Finally, the middle third of the screen shows a straight-on view of the window breaking. It freezes at the same point. Then the left and right views move off-screen, providing a fuller view of the straight-on angle. The scene unfreezes and JDavis is scene leaping out the window, foot first. JDavis: *lands on the ground, rolls behind some conveniently placed crates, and shoots around the corner at Jin* |

| These attacks did not hurt Forte much at all, as the during entire time, Zex's output of Dark Energy was fueling Forte's Dark Matter, which was keeping him healed and charging up his energy. Forte: Pests! *picks up Zex's collapsed form on the end of his buster and shoots her, along with a super-charged energy shot at Riku* Now you shall suffer! *whistles as if to get someone's attention* Gospel! A purple/black robotic dog/wolf with what looks like a flame-thrower for a tail beams into the room. It then jumps as if to go over Forte, but Forte jumps straight up and they meet in mid-air. The dog/wolf transforms a little, and connects to Forte. The orange on Forte's boots, arms, and helmet are now purple, though the orange on his shoulders and waist remains. He also has large purple/black wings now. |
