I'm quite skeptical about this.. Then again... there has been plenty of action games that involved gunplay and infamously bad camera angles that came out pretty decent... if you ignored the camera angle deals, though  (edited by Kirbynite on 03-09-05 01:23 PM) |

Beldam, Marilyn, Vivian: ! Beldam: It's him! All of a sudden, a kunai flies by Kirby, slicing a bit of his cheek as well as some stubble. Kirby: Gack! What the hell? Beldam: You there! Hand over the map and the Star Stone you have. Kirby: Wh-wha? Beldam: *eyes Kirby suspiciously* We bear no ill towards you. We just want-- Kirby: Hey! You're the jerks who kidnapped Schala! Vivian's eyes opened wide, while Marilyn let out a "duh..". Beldam folded her arms and glared at Kirby. Beldam: He's no more of an idiot than you are, Vivian. Kirby: Who the hell are you people? And where is Schala? Beldam: We never kidnapped someone by that name. And our individual names aren't important, because together, we are the Three... Marilyn: *claps hands several times* Shinobi! Vivian: *holds out hand in air* Lovelies! Kirby: ... Three Shinobi Lovelies? *dull look* I only see one that'd fit the last two words.. Beldam: *smacks Vivian* Vivian, you idiot. Beldam's crooked smile flipped into a teeth-grinding grimace. She could stand no more insult from the insolent people. Beldam: So be it! Quickly performing a few concealed hand movements, the elder kunoichi waved both of her hands away from her and towards the heros. A rush of snow and ice spewed from her kimono's sleeves, crystalizing all the nearby patches of gray grass. Kirby immediately lunged to his right, and recovered to his feet by performing a roll. Windfall Island and Dragon Roost are both located to the east. A strong gust of wind blows by everyone. Farid lets out a sigh as he finishes setting up the sail onto a makeshift mast. His long pony tail whips around in the air as he looks out to the ocean. Farid: I heard that there's an unlockable power to control the wind on the Island of the Winged Ones.. Dragon Roost Isle. Hikari: ... You've got to be kidding me. *looks at Jargon* And are you going to tell me more fairy tales? Jargon was now snoozing up a storm. Hikari: Argh! *kicks the boat* Stupid boat!  Farid: Looks like we have no other choice but to go there. Hikari: But...  *sighs* Maybe we can find the mailman over there. Vivian blushed furiously, but her redness was hidden by the veil covering the lower havlf off her face. However, she remembered she was supposd to be helping out her fellow ninja. The brunette hopped backwards, and quickly performed a few hand movements. She slightly pulled down the veil, and breathed out an enourmouse spout of flame towards Melvin. |
Meanwhile, Marilyn kept on making her goofy noises. The lightning shooting out of her hands didn't really do much but spark out a few feet from her. Kirby: Kinda.. useless for a ninja.. aren't you? Beldam: Show the fool what you are capable of, Marilyn. Marilyn: Buh! Rearing her hands behind her, the pudgey ninja brought her palms and let out a ear splitting thunder clap. Several bolts of lightning struck the forest ground, tearing up the grayed ground. Kirby tried to jump away from the bolts, but he was still tripped up by the torn ground. Kirby: Oof! Vivian: Keep away, you pervert! Vivian chucked a tiny bomb at Melvin from a three branch above. Wooden sandles clicked towards Fem at an alarming speed. Beldam lunged at the dark winged girl, holding out her right hand, firmly grasping a kunai. Before the hag had a change to swipe at Fem, she was punted into some nearby bushes. Kirby stood behind Fem with his left leg up in the air. He was panting pretty hard. Kirby: Oh.... Man... I still... have the speed my old..... *wheeze* Guild taught me... Vivian wiped some dust off her hands. She then hopped down beside Melvin, and glanced at Melvin. She snapped her fingers, immediately setting off explosions, in the tree branch above, behind Melvin, and even Melvin's hand. |
Marilyn hopped into the air when the tiny bomb exploded near her. The explosive didn't do much but singe her backside. Marilyn: Grr.... For some reason, something snapped in Kirby's head. Perhaps it was the mere thought of Melvin craddling a perfect specimen of one of Kirby's obsessions that caused it. Whatever it was, the spikey headed lad let out a very angry growl, and chucked a leaf airplane at Melvin. |
The airplane got stuck in the nerd's hair. Beldam: ... Kirby: ... Come on, it's supposed to hurt. Beldam: Stop ignoring me! Kirby: Grr... Damnit, Melvin! In another instant, Kirby clocked Melvin, loosening the hold on Vivian. A big vein throbbed underneath Beldam's straw hat. This entire ordeal was so incredibly childish that it was getting to her. Beldam: Enou--aaggghh! A leaf airplane was lodged in Beldam's mouth. The old woman stood there and began trying to cough the leaf out. ------------------------- OoC Kirby: What the bloody hell is going on here?

Kirby, already wiping blood and tree bark off his face, starting stepping towards Melvin. He stopped in his tracks when Marilyn stumbled in his way. The blonde ninja looked around and saw her allies were scattered about. |
Marilyn: ... Guh... In typical ninja fashion, Marilyn pulled out a tiny object, and chucked it into the ground. A blinding flash, followed by pouring smoke, filled the forest grounds. All three of the kunoichi were gone. No one even noticed that the Shotput bomb was launched in the opposite direction by the force of the smoke bomb. Kirby: *cough cough* And.. *cough* They're gone just like that..

Hikari: I get the point. Hikari jumps into the boat, and snorts. Hikari: Stupid wind... So.. How's this thing work? The purple girl tried to move around on the boat, but it was a bit crowded. She let out an irritated grunt as she climbed on JDavis's head and leapt onto the mast of the boat. Hikari: Hm.. Three buttons... Let's try "Z". As soon as everyone got onto the boat, Hikari pressed a random button on the mast's base. A whirring noise was heard inside. A few seconds later, the sails were set into full, and immediately caught onto the strong gusts. Hikari was knocked off her perch and tumbled to the rear of the boat.
