Not much in the way of tips, it's just an awesome game.

I like the fact that I've kicked the crap out of every pirate on the top 10 list and am still only ranked second because the dead body of Henry Morgan technically owns more gold than I do.

User Grey appears in a loud explosion and a puff of smoke, causing the heads of unnamed NPCs everywhere to turn.

UGrey: "Dealt with. One side needs more, the other side needs less."

He pats the dragon on the nose, smiles in a very anime-ish fashion, and explodes a second time, causing a small fire to start where he is standing. Janus rips through a hole in space time several seconds later, stomps it out nonchalantly, and steps through his hole again.

I asked if it was a mental disorder, and you said no...

But then you said it was a disorder, not a disease.

The world IS a sphere... Why not just attack Australia at points where the islands surrounding it can't retailate fast enough to, like from Antarctica or something?

Also, I've been meaning to ask this for a while... Does naval power mean anything at all in modern warfare?

Dylan, your bio depicts you as being 14 years old. How are you getting your hands on 40s and six packs?

I've got nothing against alcohol in others, I just don't think drinking is my thing. I'm afraid to, since I've got an addictive personality and alcoholism runs in my family.

That said, sometimes it's fun to see others drunk.

How so though? I mean, we have aircraft that can fire tactical missiles from several hundred miles or more away with excellent accuracy, and yet we still have commissioned battleships capable of more or less lobbing an explosive a few miles away from shore.

That's an obvious exaggeration, but the point is as far as destroying stuff power goes, how is naval power still the most powerful force?

I can't see how the shower was hot enough to generate steam that quickly after the gas and power were turned on. Wouldn't the entire building need to be heated first?

Kalar nervously puts his hands up and laughs a bit, shutting his eyes and trying to appear as non threatening as possible.

Kalar: "Hey now, I can decide where I want to be or not, right? If it means that much to you, I'll help you find a phoenix to hunt again. They can't be that hard to find, especially if it's impossible for one of them to die!"

He points out to the woods, and a grin begins to spread across his face.

"I've got an idea. If you feel the need to compete that badly, let's have a little contest: First one to find a phoenix wins. And to top it off, if I find a phoenix and manage to take it down, I'll hand over the parts you need. All you have to do is show me what parts need to be found and I can guarantee you I'll make do. What do you say?"

Relax, Schwa. No hard feelings, the issue's closed.

I don't want any more trouble, so I'd appreciate it if nobody else replied to this, save for Silvershield with his judgement, if he posts them fight-by-fight.

OOC: LUCKY SEVENS MODE ACTIVATE!!!!!

IC:
Janus sighed underneath the weight of Malfoy's words. The thought of beating the crap out of him rose into Janus' mind, but he didn't bother with it. What good was left in him said it was wrong, and what evil was growing in him said he didn't have to lower himself to someone as inferior as Malfoy. An agreement of sorts, but not the worst of them. Instead, Janus turned his attention to the sheer destruction of the laws of physics that occured when Malfoy's goons sat down beside him on the couch

Janus: "My guess is he's trying to appeal to the masses..."

The Sorting Hat's words echoed in his head again....

"......erm, like the shallow muggle-lover he is?"

(thinking): 'Jeez... I don't even know what a muggle is, exactly...'

He had heard the word a few times. His best bet was that it had something to do wth being a human. In any case, Dumbledore didn't seem to be that bad a person, and for the most part, Janus actually liked the look in his face. It was pleasant, almost fatherly. Regardless, he pressed on...

(speaking): "Yeah, I bet he wants all of the pure-bloods tarred and feathered, so that his precious little muddies can take over the wizarding world!"

Malfoy: "Ahhah, Kalar, you're not as stupid as you look."

This comment brought a slight twitch to Janus' eye, which he closed pleasantly, along with the other one, in an attempt to smile without showing disgust and anger. He only really succeeded in turning around, so that Malfoy wouldn't see his face...

Janus (under his breath): "It's Janus, you white-faced lorry-licker..."

OOC: Just an experiment here, Dracoon. Wanna try a clash of the titans?

The Scene? River City, Great Britain. Detective Grey's office...

Grey: "Hey, uh, Janus? You might wanna take a look at this. Just found it on the internet."

The detective flashed a printout to his friend, a black-suited man who was currently vegetating on the couch outside the office as Grey's secretary, Elaine, typed away, filing police reports and case-files.

Janus opened an eye, and brought himself to a sitting position, taking the paper from Grey.

"Interesting guy, huh? The underground's been raving about this fellow, says he's one of the strongest fighters on the planet. We might be able to use his help. Young, too. Learns fast, is my guess."

Janus: "What's this...."

Grey: "Some old friends of yours are mentioned, too..."

Janus read up on what little information was presented to him, and glanced over the small print skeptically, until three names stuck out to him, all of which were mentioned almost at the same time.

Star, Dracoon, and Origin. Janus' eyes widened.

Janus: "What? How's he know them?"

Grey: "If you keep reading, it says he was trained by them. Apparently the student surpassed the master at an alarming rate, hence my comment about him learning very quickly."

Janus: "He might be a big help to us, then... Should we meet up with him?"

Grey: "I don't know, it says here he hangs out, for the most part, in Norway. It'd be a hell of a search."

Janus: "Ha, you forget, Detective. We've got all the time in the world."

And with that, their search began...

Wasn't the majority of the Gulf War fought with long range missiles, though? The point is, there's got to be a time when technology will make naval power obsolete.

There is no way a true-to-anime translation of Bo-bobo will be successful stateside. It wasn't successful with FLCL (read: SO MANY CHANGED JOKES) and since Bo-bobo is more fucked up than FLCL will ever be, I'll probably cry when it airs on Cartoon Network. If they have to slash the dialogue, how are they gonna explain stuff like the "Purukogi" segment, or the "I need a hamburger!" jokes?

Naruto has way too much blood in it to be targeted at five-year-olds. I believe the anime's attack names should not be changed, nor should the character names, I don't give a damn how hard people think it is to pronounce or spell or anything like that. Naruto has been way too much of an underground phenomenon to have to endure that kind of treatment, and this is coming from someone who absolutely hates Naruto.

It'd cause a kind of separation akin to the difference between people who say "Megaman" and the people who say "Rock", or the people who say "Protoman" and the people who say "Blues."

I want my damn Byakkugans. The only place where calling anything an Evil Eye is cool is Get Backers, which, Xeogred, you definitely should check out.
