| OOC: Stand down, Schwa. Don't bring Dracoon and me into this when there doesn't need to be a huge feud. Just think of a rational solution: There are different rules here than at normal SB forums, simply because we all string our characters into a larger universe. The Story Forum and the SB arena are interchangeable in most cases for some of us: Thus while you can lose a fight, for the most part it's really hard to die, simply because of anti-death clauses. Kirbynite himself always has an extra life in stock. And while I've got a flat zero as my win record, I've never actually had a character die, either. Schwa, Sim Battles can be real fights. You CAN die. It just doesn't happen too often around here, because nobody wants other people's characters to die, because that's basically like crushing their imagination and saying it's totally pointless of them to use it. Not only that, but dead characters can't be used to roleplay, which is also very fun. Fiore, when Schwa, especially Schwa, says he can't truly die, he's equivocating his character to a person whose spirit goes to Heaven when they die. Feel free to try and kill him. Shit. I'm acting like a mod. That's against the rules. I shouldn't be doing this. But, if nobody does, then this will just escalate. So Kirbynite, if you see this, please forgive my actions. I just don't like seeing people argue over objective stuff. |

| I've been following Jennings' streak for a while... It almost seemed like that game was stacked against him. Some of the categories made almost no sense. They were on sports (which has been a weakness of Jennings for some reason), Seinfeld (wtf?), and hats. Fucking hats. That category was where he lost the most money, too. Ken Jennings lost to hats. That's pretty humiliating, if you ask me. Still, I say the game was stacked. |

| I think he was going more for witticism there, Kratos. And the long running selling price, 89.99, times 1.6 is 144, pretty close to 150. I got my SP for 89.99, anyway... >.> I guess nowadays the price might as well be 79.99, what with all of the price drops that've been going around. In any case, I'll get a DS because I need a new GBA as it is, and it'd be pretty neat to have a DS when the games start releasing. So for me, it's a double-pronged benefit!  |

Janus leaped toward Origin as flames erupted from his body! "Red's Fire!!!" Like a human-sized, flaming comet, Janus met Origin in a massive aerial burst of fire, grappling with him and matching spear to hammer! The fire swirled around him as he gripped Origin's spear in one hand, and held his hammer between the two fighters with the other. For a moment, he stayed suspended in the air with Origin until, purely for effect, since Origin's totally immune to fire, Janus discharged the flames around him, causing an awe-inspiring fireworks display. He pushed off from Origin, sped towards the top of the tower, and skidded along the ground, coming to a stop just in front of the edge. "Ah, that was a nice "warmup". Get it?" His eyes locked onto Origin, Janus turns on Blue's Sunglasses to try and find a weak point in Origin's strike! ......It didn't exactly happen. The blast slammed Janus, full-force, and ruptured his insides. Outwardly, however, he was totally unharmed, or so it seemed. Without any knockback from Origin's blow, Janus countered by slamming his hammer directly into Origin with the increased strength Red's Suit provided, hoping to knock him away. Immediately afterwards, he doubled over in pain, and sank to his knees, hoping his vitals would heal in time for him to react to whatever Origin had for him next. "This.... isn't turning out good..." He threw up a bit of blood and bile onto Origin's tower. The internal bleeding would stop, soon enough. He hoped.
