| Well, how about The Potshot Place or something like that? Most the debates around here turn into personal attacks on an authoritarian figure anyway... I do like the The Tank idea, that makes sense... Reminds me of The Pit on NCF. Or else we could try something really long and unnecessarily complicated, like "The Room In Which Several, With Possible Additions, People Debate A Controversial Topic Under The Supervision Of Several Authority Figures". It'd make sense, considering what the subject of the forum is. I wouldn't mind it being called The Firing Squad, either, going along with the Potshot Place idea I mentioned earlier. Ho, ho, I was educated just like the rest of you, I know just how "good" of a guy Columbus was. A lot of people knew full well that the earth was round when Columbus sailed across the sea. | Anchoring himself with his hammer, Janus throws himself flat to the ground and lets the beam pass straight over his head for a successful dodge -- one that won't happen a second time if he doesn't keep paying attention. Janus: "Well, you've certainly turned things up a notch. It's good to know you've been paying attention these last few years." The illusions would get the best of him for sure if Janus didn't do something about them... But suddenly he got an idea... Noticing Schwa's blindfold, Janus realized that until this attack wore off, he'd have to figure out some way to keep his eyes from penetrating his mind. And the best way to make sure your eyes don't bother you, is to shut them! Janus does, of course, have four other senses to keep himself alive. Using his ears, Janus blindly orients himself to the environment, trying to deduce where Schwa is. He makes no sound at all, knowing that any unconcentrated sound could throw his only saving grace off with ease. Finally, after getting a relative idea of where Schwa might be, he speaks... "It's been a long time since I've had to do this, but let's see if I still can!" |

Feeling just slightly like a secondary character on Dragon Ball Z, Blue sorta shrinks backward from the scene of the battle. This is way too big for him. |

| I was a huge fan of the megaman games as a child, and still am now. I'm not really a fan of sprite comics, cause a lot of times the characters are taken out of context and given personalities that just don't suit the memories that I associate with the images. | |||

As the first bolt just barely misses his heels a plan begins to form in his mind... Janus (thinking): 'I'll be safe as long as I don't stop moving.... but I won't be able to get a lock on Schwa as long as my feet hit the ground and I can't concentrate... What did I do to take care of this move before...?' |
