| Crouched in the corner, the mysterious man managed to dive for cover behind one of the shattered robot capsules. Showered in glass, but none of it the cutting kind, he is reasonably unharmed. Throwing off his robes to reveal a metal hauberk covering a white t-shirt, and twisting his cap backwards, he reveals his blatantly obvious identity to the robot. Janus: "I'm fine. It's much more important for us to find out who just made that announcement. Let's go!" Janus throws his bag to his back and runs after APH and Zeron. |

The timing on a home DDR pad is off from the arcade versions but getting Stepmania on your computer will allow you to make the timing bitch you out if you're off by even a millisecond, so the loss from the arcades is considerably smaller. Also, you can download new mixes that fans make, and the like. |

| I dehydrate very easily, too. Don't worry about it, you get used to the sweet, sweet taste of water very quickly. It's not too late for conditioning, it's never too late. You just started later than everyone else. It's easier to get back into shape when you were out of shape if you were in shape before you decided to start being lazy, because you know what the life is like. Give it some time, you'll be back intop form soon enough. | |||

| OOC: Of course it's getting away from the sim battle, but that's alright, a lot of the time attaching a story to your fights is much more interesting than the fight itself. Take a look at most of my fights, I've managed to tie them into my characters pretty well. Blue: "Dracoon, your fire does little in the way of inspiring fear into my heart. This is where your robot brain fails. You see, ice is not my only specialty." As Blue says this, a cascade of water collects above Dracoon's head and washes over him, hopefully putting out his flames. "In any case, I belive we should listen to Schwa, now." |

| Catching up easily to the wall-pounding APH, Janus decides to give his comrade a bit of help, slamming his hammer into the wall at the spot where APH is charging. If they break through, they can continue their pursuit, after all. However, before he does this, he whirls around to face Dracoon. Janus: "A leader? Me? Ha, hardly! Let me tell you something, Dracoon. I'm no better suited to be a leader than Origin was suited for a non-combat life. We're warriors, not politicians. A leader would only serve to bring the level of the group down as eventually he would feel those beneath him truly were beneath him, rather than his equals. It took me many years to learn that one, and I can truly say my experience was a good teacher. I'd only feed away to arrogance, believing the rest of you were affected by ignorance. Let Bass choose who he follows, I personally will follow whoever has the best idea at the time. And at this point, that seems to be APH." With that, Janus hurls his hammer at the wall just above APH, dashing forward to catch it and deliver a second, much harder swing at the wall. The bag's gotten heavier and heavier over the years, so this should be quite a fierce blow. |

| OOC: Wow, nice move Blue, hit full force by the shockwave, is tossed backwards and out of the range of the fireball's explosion. He gets up, his body quite shocked by that attack, and tries once again to reason with Dracoon. Blue: "Dracoon, you must stop this! At least have the decency to hear what Schwa has to say before you go and try to destroy us both! I will not allow you to keep this up, and if you do I will be forced to disable you myself! That is a direct threat. Listen to Schwa, then make your judgement!" In the meantime, Blue sends a third fist-sized ball of ice flying. OOC: Again: Um. Shit, that wasn't supposed to happen. Also, half the fun of a LAN party is packing up a massive tower and lugging it over to your friend's houses. If you take away the power of the comp, and take away the fun of lugging it around, you pretty much have a computer that just won't do for the parties. The LANs that I go to, we all have butt-ugly, but incredibly strong computers. If someone brought a poodle like that to one of our LAN parties, we'd probably end up crushing it or something. |

| Backing off, Blue recalls two of his iceballs, one of the original three destroyed by Dracoon's gun. He them forms two more of them, one in each hand. They begin circling aorund him at an incredibly high speed, in strange, elliptical patterns. Blue: "Do not worry about me, Schwa, I am quite well prepared for him to continue fighting. I certainly wish he did not, though. I am, if he is not, rather interested in what you have to say." | But before Dracoon's chunks of the ground can reach Schwa's beams, a small, fist-sized ball of ice flies straight through them at such a high speed, they're both instantly destroyed. The balls of ice return to Blue, now caught entirely in Dracoon's wind vortex. Though the wind is raging, and Blue is clearly being hurt by the cutting winds, he retains his focus and appears confident, even as his condition worsens. Blue: "You have finally made a mistake, Dracoon. I told you it would only be a matter of time. I can use this wind to amplify my blizzard-like attacks! And what's more, those iceballs were a form of protection; they're so dense that they can not be easily broken. As you can see, I can send them flying to intercept projectiles. Now then, I will show you exactly why you should never let your guard down around me! Schwa, watch out!" A rush of cold wind erupts outward from Blue, pushed to the maximum by Dracoon's tornado! Ice begins forming and flying everywhere, until suddenly, it all stops straight in the air. Tens, no, hundreds of pieces of ice were just sitting there, hovering around. And suddenly, as if the raging tempest's eye had reached its limit, the true show begins, with Blue as the director! "Grand Snowstorm!!!" The shards of ice, all of them, fly straight at Dracoon! Unfortunately, Schwa's also going to have to watch himself, or he may be in a bit of cold-induced pain. |

| Janus walks up behind Devident and grabs him by the shoulder. Janus: "Now now then, we'll have none of that. Relax, I'm sure we can figure something out. Let's see what I can pull out of my bag of tricks here..." Pulling a small grey device from his satchel, Janus stares intently at it for a moment, seeming to study it deeply. After several minutes of searching, his eyes flash an odd blue color, as the device cracks in two, and disappears into a cloud of dust. As the dust settles, a silver UFO is resting atop the building, compact, but large enough to hold at least four people in it... "Ah, here we go! It's called a Sky Runner. Interesting device, really. I personally like it a lot more than the whole time and space thing, there's something about driving through the air on a clear, sunny day that just gets me going. Now then, hop aboard, there's only so much room, and I wasted an excellent opportunity in order to get this thing, I won't be able to do anything else like it AT LEAST until I visit 199X again. So get in." With that, Janus opens a hatch in the side of the vehicle and climbs inside, sitting down at the control panel. The machine comes to life with the push of a button, and Janus puts on a safety belt. "Now boarding! Just watch it, it's been a few thousand years since I drove this thing.
