| YD's cat doesn't have a tail.... I'm a cat person the whole way. I love cats. I have four, actually. My father owns two, and my mother owns another two. I like the cats my mom owns more, but there's a certain charm to my father's. For example, he has this one cat that really can't be described as anything more than a large sack of meat. The cat is fat, but he's such a big sweetie, he loves humans and he'll socialize with anyone. And he sleeps on my dad's stomach when he falls asleep on the couch, which is also funny to watch. They're a lot alike. |

| Kalar, the weapons master, windmilled his scythe from side to side, watching as the flame attacks were diverted, deflected, disrupted by a combination of the wind of his scythe's movements and the collision between the scythe itself and the Charizard's offensive barrage. He took several steps forward, several steps backward, and to each side as he got himself into the best position for a counterattack... Kalar (thinking): 'Steady... wait for it... Patience, I was taught. Patience. Calm, collected, cool. Calm...' He leapt into the air the moment the flames cleared... 'Collected...' As he rose toward the Charizard, he silently thanked Sion for his contribution to Kalar's cause... (speaking): "Cool! Blizzara!!!" The tip of his scythe glowed blue, and he swung it at the Charizard, releasing a basketball-sized blast of cold energy! In a very un-human maneuver, Kalar sprung into the air as his weapon changed... |
The blade elongated, and the haft shortened into a small handle. Suddenly it broke in two as the shaft approached the length of Kalar's elbow. Separating the two halves was a chain made of the same near-immaterial substance that Kalar's blade was made of, so fine that it could pierce the air... A Kusari-Gama! Kalar: "You're..." He threw the blade, while still holding onto the chain. Its length extended, ever further and further, as the blade flew at the Charizard... "....A little too slow!" Kalar was still rising in the air, and hit the side of the building, his blade crashing into it and hooking on. Using it as a semi-holding point, he ran up the building and, once he gained enough momentum to not require an anchor anymore, whipped the blade out of its side. Seconds later, the Charizard would find a rather large, sharp, menacing, and wickedly curved blade flying straight at him as a certain blonde-haired warrior in a tattered black suit came soaring up off the lip of the building's roof. Said warrior then followed up his attack with a roundabout whip of the chain and the blade, attempting to ensnare the wayward Pokemon...

CJ, I'm glad that you still consider me Bo-Bobo. This means a lot to me. It's good to know that my mambo-tastic avatar has indeed impacted someone else's life. Lessee... CJ: The Ring. Mainly because of that TV set avatar he used to have. That thing was creepy. Cymoro actually reminds me of a hobbit, just with the camera angle on his shot and the fact that he has curly, afro-ish hair. Kyouji... I'm not very sure. But I know he reminds me of SOMETHING. Trapster reminds me of myself, in a way. Shyguy reminds me of this one guy I knew in my high school class... His name was Ted. Nobody really hated him, even though everyone made fun of him, but we all knew that someday he was like, gonna end up owning the New York Yankees by starting out as an equipment manager at Yankee Stadium and working his way up from there. The only thing that's different about them is their core personalities. Ted thought everyone loved him. Shy thinks everyone hates him.  YD reminds me of a sheep. The kind that can kill stuff from Space Station: Silicon Valley. Xkeeper reminds me of my roommate. One of them, anyway. Yoronosuku reminds me of Tomo from Azumanga, for some reason. But with less fKitten Yiffer.

I dunno, Energizers last for a long freakin' time. I used to use Energizers all the time in my old GBA, they always outlasted Duracells. Not the really expensive Duracells, mind you, but for the same price and quantity, Energizer always won. |
Those really expensive Duracells, though...  They kick the shit out of Energizers. But those things are meant to be used with like, Digicams and stuff. Not GBAs or flashlights or anything practical. Energizer for the short term, Duracell for the big stuff.

'Guess it was just his luck. "Didn't you remember to turn your clock back?" Just then, a pre-school annoucement rang out... PA: "Attention, all Students... Due to the sudden coming of Daylight Savings Time at a completely unscheduled moment and certainly out of line with the changing of the seasons, the resulting temporal disorientation has caused any and all detention passes that were handed out within the first two days of school to be revoked and rendered null. As such, After School Detention will not be held today. Regardless of how many school rules were broken yesterday. That is all." Grey's eyes widened, and a dumbfounded look crossed his face as he pulled his detention pass from yesterday out of his pocket. The guy couldn't see Grey, but he was there. Poking him. In his lab. Beneath the Acmlm's Board SF centre. Grey walked over to a lightswitch and turned it on. "Or, if not lost, then at least like you can't see a damn thing." The room filled with bright white light, and a rather large and unruly-looking device with various attachments that didn't seem to serve any kind of purpose sticking out of it at obtuse angles could be seen.
