If you like The Holy Bible, try to get "Generation Terrorists". The UK version is a full-on double album (stunning for a debut effort), containing 18 songs. It's not as accomplished as The Holy Bible, but the excelent album that the Manics crashed-landed onto the music scene in the early 90s.
Download "Motorcycle Emptiness", "You Love Us" and "Slash and Burn".

Eh, I'll upload "The Holy Bible" to YouSendIt. Interested parties PM for link.

As for GT, they dropped five songs from the UK version and added one ("Democracy Coma"). I think the only one that got dropped that really should've stayed was "Born to End".

Fun fact: I'm guessing the other hack was Boulder Dash: Greed, right? Y'all know who did it, too.

I forget what the bugs were that I saw when doing it, but it involved tweaking palettes. Yours look fine, yes?

Is there any reason ANYONE should have a 21" monitor? No, really. I've got one sitting here, looks to be about ten years old and still in working condition. Can't hook it up yet as the cable isn't attached and I got the wrong one (got an extension cord instead of a VGA cable).

School being back = no pulling stories out of my ass. That and I get to cover more games, which is the best part of the job.

God damn Tarale, that's good progress. Dunno if it's SAFE to lose that much in that little time, but it should be doable in a few months.

Unofficially, I did get a full-time job and determined that I can't afford to move out yet, so that's one down, one excused.

Dunno I'd go THAT far, but TNA's got a chance. They've easily got some of the best of the indies (SIGN THE HUMAN TORNADO!) and whenever you can trot out, say, Alex Shelley v. Samoa Joe, you can get converts. (I may just be gay for the X Division, of course.)

Allegedly, he was STILL burning DB's during practice. Sure, not with speed (he never was a speed guy, seeing as he ran a 4.6 40 at the combine back in the day) but with routes. Sure, he might not be the GREATEST any more (considering active WR's... and off-topic, holy shit this was a deja vu dream), but if he wanted, he should be a WR coach.

I dunno about an MMORPG. I mean, sure, there's more than one Link in Zelda canon, but YE GODS.

Yeah, so I today, I took a quick break from work to go to Roy Rogers for dinner and Homies. Fairly successful on all fronts, as I got four new-to-me Homies and, uh, dinner. On my way out, this guy stops me and asks for ID. He's got a badge that indicates that yes, he is a bounty hun-erm, bail enforcement officer.

Uh... okaaaaaay... and I show him my license.

He then looks, and starts saying "ehhh... I don't know..." His partner comes up, and whips out the picture.

The guy REALLY doesn't look anything like me.

Finally, he's convinced because the guy they're LOOKING for looks fatter. Last I'd heard, I don't have any outstanding warrants...

At least have the common decency to bring along Stephanie Plum.

Gannondorf: You couldn't have said more? That's racist borderline spam.

Snika: Funny thing is "The Chinese Restaurant" is one of the show's best episodes. They don't have to really do anything big for laughs. More of an "oh, I can relate to THAT" ep.

Eh, the station's still a sinking ship. So I say Morgan for the win, due to availability, as far as we know. (Sarah's still banging Kevin Rose, right?)

So what knowest ye of My Vitriol?

Well, they have a bit of shoegazer influence in their sort of indie-punk-pop. The name comes from a book I didn't realize was THAT old, Graham Greene's Brighton Rock. (It was first published in the 1930's... ) Highly recommend "Always Your Way" and "Ode To the Red Queen".

Then it'll ruin the specialness of the interbrand PPV's. What they need is someone like Chris Kreski (NEVAR 4GET!) who'd keep track of feuds, and, dare I say it, a hint of Vince Russo's willingness to find something for everyone to do.

(Oh, and the aforementioned Human Tornado is in my icon. Now you see the need for signing.)

Uh, I took that one from above...

You'd think that if they were looking for someone, they'd have his name. Or at least known aliases.

I know some team up in Seattle could use a coach like him. But you'd think with him playing as a Seahawk they would've learned something...

And more news, the 49'ers will not cut a player from the roster to make room for Rice so he can officially retire as a 49'er. Since he retired after the final cut-down day, he's basically shit out of luck. I was watching JRiB, ATH, and PTI today, and someone said that the NFL could waive that rule for special cases. Won't matter if they do or don't. He is, was, and always will be a 49'er.

Unless he was willing to wait for them to make a personnel move. In theory, if they're gonna cut/IR someone to make room for another player, couldn't they dump the guy, sign Rice to a one-day, then sign the guy they wanted?

No one yet. Besides, they'd be people on the board, and I don't know of anyone in the area.
