You could just get PVR software, though, couldn't you, HH? Then the VCR would only be for watching or offloading anything you've recorded, and even then if you felt like going up to a DVD burner, you could just get a VCP. |

Went for U2 here... they're probably gonna get creamed (Max, ya KILLIN' me here!) but I just like their stuff better than Hendrix. He's probably going to end up being more influential when it comes to musicians beyond your local bar (I only say that because I'm trying to point out that you can't underestimate U2's influence) but in the end, U2's music now comes off as more interesting and vivrant than Jimi's. Shame when you think about it, but it just is.

Well, this is the newer version of the song. A little slower, but essentially the same. Well, the lyrics are different, but the same idea. One thing to be said about illogical carrying capacity: Castle of the Winds, for the PC, actually holds you to weight and bulk limits. And that's even expanded because you don't get porters to carry all your shit around. Consequently, that makes the game REALLY, REALLY TEDIOUS. You have to make thousands of trips to get everything out of a dungeon (although there's only three in the entire, full version). Boring as crap. |

Remember how I said he sounds like 2 Live Crew gone Detroit techno? I wasn't kidding. This song sounds like it was done almost entirely in Rebirth. It's all 909 drums (by the book, even), 303-ish bass, and the lyrics are almost entirely "All I wanna know is who's fucking tonight". The only other lines are "Who's fucking tonight" and "Everybody fuck!". Kinda takes the ghetto-tech idea to absurdist lengths. And this segues QUITE nicely into the next song, "Love the Pussy". Now this is Detroit techno done by someone LISTENING to 2 Live Crew. Basically nary a hint of rap, but there's a female vocalist singing most of the lyric (again, those are sparse, mostly "Do you wanna rub the pussy/Touch the pussy/Fuck the pussy"). Kids, no downloading or buying (the former's the more likely because his stuff's on a bunch of VERY small labels) unless you're over 18.
