There will be MUCH rejoicing (yaaaaay).  I don't see it happening the way they're going now, mostly because management (not Steinbrenner) is too savvy to let that happen. But if Torre goes, the egos may rupture the very halls of Yankee Stadium. Not only that, but if something should happen to Steinbrenner, they're not going to be able to operate like this. |

| At this point, I think Griffey'll settle for being able to play period. ;P Although his injury made way for Carlos Beltran to finally get into the game. He was voted in by the players, then got traded out of the AL, so he deserved it. Anyway, the derby. Tejada beats Berkman 5-4 to win it all (!)... and in the second round, breaks the record for homers in a round. Impressive for someone who was just there because of Giambi's parasites. |

Well, Grant's contract is quite large, so that gave the Heat an advantage when it comes to balancing salary figures. That and they've got enough decent talent that they could do this without horking over soon-to-be supastar Wade. |

I think I saw one of them shitty NESticle graphics hacks, but let's not acknowledge that any further.And I suppose you could do music, fiddle with the rules a bit (how many blocks until cleared)... it's possible, but you're not gonna see as dramatic an overhaul as you would, say, any platformer.

np: My Chemical Romance: "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" Can't say I'm really big on these guys. They try to be way too clever with the song titles for their own good, and in spite of their own hype, their music's basically generic scream-punk. And wouldn't ya know it, where are they from? Southern New Joisey. They, along with Taking Back Sunday, reinforce my belief that nothing good, music-wise, can come from that area. (Amended because as it turns out, TBS is from Long Island, not Jersey. )

But CPS has something large over other tournaments. Lots of these players do play, but aren't experts. It's still accessible to those of us who are still working on how to read players, and it doesn't take onions the size of your head to make some of the plays that they do.
