So Deanna and I go to see Anger Management with one of her friends and her boyfriend (the friend's, not Deanna's... that was me then). We end up sitting in front of a row of teenyboppers. They keep on blabbing through the trailer, and the friend's boyfriend tells them all to shaddup. They do, for a couple of minutes, then start it up again. Now, the boyfriend in question is pretty built, and he's an RA. So he knows how to get idiots under control. Well, they keep talking, and he finally turns to them and says "you want to talk to someone? Come over here." |
We're not sure if the teenyboppers got thrown out, or if they just left. We didn't really care, either.

I thought they said he'd be over eight hundred if he stayed healthy and at his current pace through 39. |
 Those past few years have boosted the pace he'd need to be on to break the record by ten homers a year...  Anyway, it's great to see him finally resembling healthy... and productive. He's already got what, six homers? I don't see him going back to Seattle, but if he can stay healthy in Cincy, they're going to whup ass.

What happened was they wanted to resign people under deals that're more amenable to them. Leo's contract had shit like stock options... either way, the people at Comcast are just pissing all OVER TechTV, which is only happening because Comcast had money and Vulcan was tired of losing money (TechTV was turning around, too). That's the kind of arrogance that would make me want to look elsewhere if I was Kevin or Sarah. Leo doesn't need G4. |

I've actually been spared most of the overtly political spam. Most of it's the usual... the closest I got was some asshat trying to sell Hillary Clinton cards... basically like the terrorist deck, only mocking her. That just annoyed me, mostly because of the sales pitch... I forget what she did, but there wasn't really anything unethical about it, and they claimed she was doing it "in a blatant attempt to improve her chances of winning". Uhm, dipshit, she's allowed to do whatever the hell she wants to win in an election, as are you. Just because you don't like her, doesn't mean she has to lose. |
But I haven't gotten anything like this, selling an idea instead of some shitty product. Find me someone who defends the torture of prisoners and I'll introduce them to a very large set of hedge clippers. There was a case of some white-power group leaving fliers in mailboxes, but that was through the postal service, not email. (restricted) |

The thing is as over as Eugene's gonna be (and is), his is a character with a very short life. They're gonna have to do something with him and Regal, then either can Eugene as a character or have him reveal he's really not retarded or something, and soon. |
