Well honestly, there's not much competition these days.

Just look at the 2 companies. Sega is 3rd Party, but Nintendo is still going strong.

Now if this was back in the day with the Genesis and SNES here ... this would probably turn out to be an interesting topic.

But for now, I'd have to say I honestly like Nintendo more. And I pretty much always have, but the Genesis still easily remains as one of my favorite systems. (So yes, back in the day I prefered the SNES . Not that I really cared, since I owned both).

And I hate to say it, but I seriously think Sonic just died with the Dreamcast.

FireOcean: It's not surprising you haven't heard of Terranigma, since it was only released in Japan and Europe (I think, I know for a fact it was never released here in the US)

Regardless, do what Cheveyo says. The game is extremely good, and worth playing if you haven't played it yet.

If you've played Illusion of Gaia, well it's very similar to that style, except far better and provides a much deeper storyline (in my opinion at least).

Actually it was before that, since they didn't start off with a Messageboard, but I'm sure you get the point.

Good stuff, what's even more fascinating to know is that Stemage, is a one man band. I forget his name, I think it's Greg or something, but yeah all those songs are done by one guy alone. Crazy.

My favorite track has pretty much always been Kraid's Lair, but Brinstar and the Main Theme are pretty good too.

I really liked World 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 the most.

World 6: Iced land, would probably be me top favorite. I'm always a fan of "Snowy" levels in games, and the theme was cool, and the World itself was very long and had a lot of levels.

World 3 was really cool. It was just very different compared to the rest.

One of my friends kept on telling me again and again, it doesn't truly mean anything and it just doesn't "fit" together. (He was in Latin, at least he said he was)

I don't know, Latin references are just cool. The AI's in the game were Daedalus, Helios, and Icarus.

Ah yes, Grant. Well, Greg's close ...

So far I'm pretty sure there's only one Super Metroid track, and honestly I don't like it as much as the other tracks Grant's done.

I'm pretty sure the SM track is the first Maridia theme.
