What can you expect from the creators of Shaolin Soccer?

I've only heard good things about this movie. Haven't seen it yet personally, but I will be seeing this weekend for a friends birthday party.

Just got back from this movie, very nice indeed.

I'm interested in checking out the books now. (I haven't read any of them, but I really enjoyed this movie)

It wasn't the best or funniest movie in the world, but it was definently worth the money.

Well it's pretty obvious what the main plot is going to be, it's just actually "seeing it played" will be incredibly amazing.

I'll probably tear, or come close to like I always do when Luke and Vader duel at the very end of Episode VI. What can I say, Star Wars is the greatest.

I also saw a preview for the movie ealier today when I went to see the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I've seem most of the segments that make up the trailer already, but actually seeing it on a big screen with the sorround sound just made it 100x more impressive.

This movie will come close, or even rank up to the original Trilogy, in my opinion.

Who says an "Evil" ending is crappy?

Look at The Empire Strikes Back, the Rebels didn't do so well on that one. Han was captured, Luke got his hand cut off and realized Darth Vader was his father, etc.

I think it'll rock, seeing the birth of Darth Vader at the end.

Even though, I hardly ever post in this forum (wouldn't be surprised if this is my first) I'd have to say, either Cheveyo or MathOnNapkins would be a good choice.

Cheveyo - From what I've seen (I'd consider him a friend also) he can be quite blunt, and gets to the point in things. But, he's very respectful over different matters, and has good logic.

MathOnNapkins - I don't really know him, but from his posts, he can be quite sarcastic (and that's not bad), but is also very respectful with things.

Why I just posted what I think about those two, I have no idea.

Either way, I'd say those are good canidates.

PS: Ziff, I still hope to see you on AIM, or 'somewhere' where we could talk here and there. You were a cool guy in my opinion, funny, someone I admired here at Acmlm's, someone who knew what he was talking about when it came to anime, and someone who could destroy people with knowledge of Politics, and someone who knows some very, damn good music. Even though we've hardly talked, I'd say you were one of the very few people here at Acmlm's, I'd consider a 'friend'.

And maybe I'm just missing the point, and you're not leaving, just dropping the moderation spot. But who knows.

I'm not pointing fingers here, but seriously why do people request, "to be banned"? It makes absolutely no more sense than putting hair in a microwave would.

Go away from it.

Request bans in my opinion, only say "Hey look, I'm banned and I want you to know, because I have a good reason!".
