I'm going to have to be a little different and say ...

1. Star Wars: Return of the Jedi: Okay, not really different from NSNick, but yeah.

Truly I like the majority of ESB and the atmosphere / setting way more than that of RoTJ's, but seriously, in my opinion RoTJ has the most epic and dramatic ending segment I have ever seen in a movie. Each time I watch it and see Vader turn around to pick up the Emperor and become the true hero that he is, I feel like tearing in joy (seriously ... ).

2. Jurassic Park: I just love this movie. I've grown up a Sci-Fi buff, and a big fan of Dinosaurs. It's just one of those movies I saw at a really young age, and I've always loved it even until today.

3. Lord of the Rings: Return of the King: Very epic and awesome ending movie to an incredible series.

4. Total Recall: One of the coolest futuristic movies I've ever seen.

Just a few to mention.

The Gold Coats suggested I let the place know.

Basically, I felt a little level of being neglected here as the Anime moderator, and with recent discussion in regards to a new forum needing moderation, I requested that I'm switched to that one (RPG Discussion Forum).

Others agreed with my statements, so everything has been made clear.

On a side note, I'm a big anime fan, but gaming is much more my thing, so I will probably make a better RPG moderator than I did here.

But I guess, if you're really really desperate, you could do that...unless you're really not able to sling ten or so bucks a month.

I'm the same way when I go to my grandparents, who use AOL's Dial Up ...

I've just gotten so used to High Speed, whenever I'm at a computer that only has Dial Up I almost just say "Forget it" and think it's not even worth it. Selfish?

Well, I used AOL for about a year or 2 maybe 5-6 years ago, then we made the move to SBC Yahoo DSL. Man, that was a nice day.

Edit: On a site note, SBC has gotten pretty cheap, at least around here. I think they've gotten as low as $16.99 a month (for DSL that's incredible).

(I'm using 1.A3)

Recently, I tried changing a staff members name, when I did several forums did not display their forum moderators at all. I changed the users name back, and then the forum moderators showed up.

Today, I tried moving a moderator to another forum, and when I did, it happened again. Forum moderators were not displayed on several forums. When I moved the user back to her original forum, they showed up again.

What could be causing this?

Edit: I also completely cleared the forummods data, then re-input it manually, and it still does this.

I made a hack like, 2 years ago for AcmlmBoard's that's basically like the "memberlinks" page, only it displays all users AIM, and ICQ numbers (then I later released it with implementation of Yahoo and MSN names).

Yeah ... nothing special, but it's nifty I guess. Linky, to see what it looks like.

It's sloppy, bad code, and everything. So, I doupt it would be added here.
But I'm sure ||bass / someone else could come up with a better idea, so whatever I guess.

Not sure if that is already known, or whatever. But, just a heads up.

Yeah, are you using 1.A3?

If so, $root has fucked you up.
(jokingly and seriously speaking)

Same issues on my board. But other than that, mainly any directory outside of my main /board folder does not work, including /admin, /ppanel, and others I've created.

A possible solution; if you can move your board to a sub directory, like it's setup here at Acmlm's.
(ie. http://board.acmlm.org and NOT http://www.acmlm.org/board)

From what ||bass has told me, this fixes a lot of things, although I can't exactly back that up from experience, since I've had issues with my host, my host does not want to take the simple request up in pointing my board to board.xeogaming.net instead of xeogaming.net/board.

If you can do that to your site, and simply put up a redirect page at your current location, it could fix all of your $root problems, from all the things ||bass has told me.

I've heard that Google has also released something else last night, wasn't it a blogger or something?

So, how is it? I've heard it's pretty good so far according to one of my friends, other than that ... Google has begun it's reign.

Well I picked up Sonic Gems a few days ago, and it was so good playing Sonic CD once again after all these years when I wasn't able to (Mom sold my JVC X' Genesis+Sega CD console years ago, then my Sonic CD PC game broke, so I've been waiting).

But other than Sonic CD, this package just doesn't seem that great. Sonic R is fun, and the fighting game isn't that bad, but it still seems lacking. I really don't care for the GameGear games on here, yeah I liked playing them back in the day, but playing GG games on the TV just looks and feels really weird and out of place.

On top of this, the only games that I know of that are unlockable so far are Vectorman and Vectorman 2, which I already own for my Genesis (both).

So really, I only bought this collection for Sonic CD, and Sonic CD alone. Was it worth it? In my opinion, yes. I love Sonic CD to death, and it brought back great memories, but other than that, this product just seems sloppy.

-However-, I do still plan on picking up the Japanese version of Sonic Gems in time. Why? Streets of Rage Trilogy my friends, that makes this such a better package.

I mainly bought the US version because I played and grew up playing Sonic CD with the US OST, and loved it, so I just wanted to play it again like that. But, I've heard the Japanese OST also, and I wouldn't mind experiencing the game with it, plus Streets of Rage.

So, short story short, if you do not like the US OST to Sonic CD or something, I really would not recommend the US version of this game at all. Save your money, and buy the better package, that includes the classic Streets of Rage Trilogy.

Meh. I've got that covered, I plan on buying a Freeloader for one of my memory cards.

So, yeah.

If you want something futuristic, original, and similar to that of Star Wars, but with magic, and incredible character development: Dune.

It seems fine and dandy. I don't ever remember the music cyclying though, I thought it looped.

There was one part when I was in a Special Stage, and all of a sudden was just kicked out of it and put into the next level. Not sure if it was a glitch, or something, but it was weird.

But really, it seems almost perfectly fine.

Edit: The music is what makes the game, you really need to play with the music.
US OST, or Japanese, both in my opinion are incredible.

- Kansas is absolutely nothing but plains.

Hang on ... just gotta get out my hysterical laughter out. *clears throat*

So false I can't even begin to think of a powerful word to explain it's level of fKitten Yiffer.

Olathe, is the 2nd highest Blue Ribbon School in the United States. Whatever that specifically means, I'm unsure of, but I'm sure that's saying soemthing. Our schools are some of the best in the US. (I mean heck, I go to a school that has a 2 hour Game Design class, in High School. That should say something).

And Olathe (my city) is crazy, huge, flourishing, fresh (as in way new, and better to live in than say Kansas City which is older and run down), etc, etc, etc.

I'm completely serious about all of this. Yes, it is VERY true that Western Kansas is, pretty much made up of plains, small cities, and so on, but over in my area, Eastern Kansas, there's no plain, farm, whatever, in SITE. East KS is made up of huge cities and County's.

But seriously, you wouldn't believe how many people have insisted that I go out and have fun out in the plains (People that I've spoken to on AIM, and eventually told them where I reside, always ask and make fun). It's pretty sad.

- Kansas has weird weather.

Very true, it's a place where you could get rained on, and your friend 20 feet in front of you won't. The way the rain acts around here is very odd.
