| The Legend of Zelda - An incredible game. I remember staying up so late playing this game when I was a kid. Zelda 2: Adventure of Link - Whenever I'd go over to my grandparents house they'd have this, and I'd play it nonstop. Definitely underated also. Blaster Master - Think Metroid, but with a tank, and the ability to go inside the planet to an overhead perspective, with some of the best NES music ever. There you have Blaster Master. Metroid - How can you not like this game? So unbelievably original, and the idea of having a huge world that was there for you to explore was just great at the time. Kirby's Adventure - This game is just easily one of the most impressive NES games. It's huge, there's a ton to it. Levels are highly detailed, music is amazing, there's minigames, it's extremely long. Still to this day it's easily my favorite Kirby game. Dr. Mario - I could get past level 20. Mario Bros - This game was tough, but definitely a classic. Super Mario Bros 1-3 - What can I say, I loved them all. SMB3 was easily the best (and still is). Don't give in to NSNick though, the Kuribo's Shoe beats out the Tanooki Suit! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - All 3 of them were good. The arcade one, TMNT 3, and the weird one that was sidescrolling and top down viewed when you were on the streets. Awesome awesome games. Elevator Action - By far one of the most challenging games ever. Megaman 1-6 - I rented these games as a kid more than any other game out there, and I owned a few. Megaman 2, 3, and 5 are my top favorites. Kung Fu - An easy short game, but was extremely fun. Funny though, it's almost impossible to play now ... for me at least.  Duck Hunt - *puts the gun to the screen* Yeah, I rocked this game hard when I was like 4.  Battletoads - Such a painfully hard and awesome beat em' up. Castlevania 1-3 - Great sidescrolling classics, with incredible music. I'd probably say Final Fantasy 1-3, but I'm thinking of games I played back in the day, not now. The NES was saweeeet ... | Gah, no Megaman? I don't think I'd care for the Zelda cartoon, if I would have grown up with it then maybe ... But, if you have Yahoo DSL you can download episodes off the main page. I've seen a few, and the show just makes me laugh because it seems really messed up. "Well excuuuse me Princess" --- wtf? The Mario Show rocked though, I'd definitely like to see that again. That's some nice news. But still, the old Megaman anime would rock also. |

| Can you seriously count Donkey Kong on this one? ... I'm going to say SMW. Basically because the controls were so fluid, it was extremely easy to control Mario while jumping, and running and everything, so I'd almost never die. And there were a few levels where you could easily get like, 20+ lives.  |

| That is freaking incredible. Superhero movies have gotten so good these days. I'm not too excited about the Fantastic Four though, personally. But it still looks like it'll be worth seeing. Coming up close would be the Light World dungeon theme from LttP. The main main theme from the original is by far my favorite. The main overworld theme, of course just kicks ass. The fairy / menu screen in most of them kicks ass. The battle music in Zelda II kicks ass. The Dark World theme is incredible. All the temple themes in OoT kick ass. The clock tower theme in MM kicks ass. Yeah, Zelda music kicks ass. All of it is great. |

| Let's just say I recently (and finally) decided to try out MAME. Simply put, it kicks ass. I've played a few great games like the arcade version of Gradius III (wow, talk about hard. I can't even beat the first level). Metal Slug games, the arcade bloody and gory Battletoads, Marvel vs Capcom, and a few other good games. But, I'd like suggestions. Since I'm obviously a little behind with MAME, I just have to ask what games should I check out? No, I don't need help finding games. I've got that covered. |

| Dude ... don't even go there. I'll just name a few, but I could go on forever (obviously, the SNES is my favorite system). Donkey Kong Country 1-3 - Perphaps the best adventure games out there that came close to Mario and Sonic. The music in all of these games were also incredible. Super Metroid - Simply put, one of the greatest games that sits on our green Earth. Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past - Easily my favorite Zelda game. Has been for years, and always will be. Super Mario All-Stars - Take 4 classics from the NES, boost the graphics and music, add in a minigame for SMB3, boom, incredible. I'm still waiting for All-Stars 2 though ... Super Mario World - My second favorite Mario game. Yoshi was cool, especially the Blue one. The cape was good, but didn't compare to the Raccoon tail. But still, this game was enormous, and impressive. Yoshi's Island - Take SMW, change it drastically, and yet keep the great fun factor. This game just rocked, it was definitely different, but it's easily one of my most remorable Mario games. Secret of Mana - Real time fighting RPG? Now that's some fun stuff. Great music, great storyline, great magic system, great everything. Seiken Densetsu 3 - This game still impresses me. It looks like something you'd see on the PSX. This game is just so ahead of it's time, you can't miss out on it. It's HUGE. Kirby Superstar - You liked Kirby right? Well here he is, in 10+ different games and even more minigames. Nice. Megaman X-X3 - They all freaking rocked. Incredible music, a darker storyline than the originals, new characters, still provided a challenge, just nice stuff. Starfox - 3D?!?! Yeah, this game was one thriller back in the day. Great music and everything. Super Castlevania IV - Just improve on the originals with an updated system, and you've got Super CV. Final Fantasy IV-VI - IV is easily a very good solid RPG, very underated. V had the job system from III and improved upon it. VI just took the franchise into a whole new direction. VI is easily and still my favorite Final Fantasy. Chrono Trigger - An awesome game with a cool concept behind it; time travel. The music is absolutely stunning also. Super Mario Kart - Multiplayer absolutely rocked. Super Mario RPG - Hey, what can I say about my first RPG? It just rocked, it was just cool seeing Bowser and Mario actually team up together to take on Smithy and his gang. F-Zero - High speed racing with Megaman-ish styled music? Freaking nice. Gradius III - Sidescrolling space shooter at it's finest, with great music. Teenage Mutant NInja Turtles IV - Turtles in time baby, this game was just like the originals on the NES, great and fun. I'm done for now. That's what I can think of off the top of my head. |

| Wow, not sure how I missed this thread before. This looks really nice, I really like what you've done with the graphics. Seems very very "dark", and I like it. Definitely keep it challenging, the original SM isn't all that hard after you've beaten it so many times, so I'll be looking forward to this. |
