Yay, the board's going back to about the time of the crash (low posts/day, everyone just kinda slow and not doing anything, etc]

It's actually been dropping slowly from the beginning ... 2001 was great, 2002 was still fun, 2003 had its good times but I was mostly posting for the ACS, then my posting took a big drop when I stopped caring about the ACS ... I was back in action for a while when the board restarted, but that died down pretty fast, so here I am now with what I'd call Emuz Syndrome, often going days without posting and mostly lurking

I'm feeling exactly the same -- I'm not here much any mroe, and when I do go browsing around the forums I just kinda look at all of the threads and that's it, nothing really seems to interest me here anymore.

It's almost like I'm back to the way I was back in '01, just lurking around posting only when I had a question about something like SMB3D or such.

Oh well... I can only wonder what it is what (he's/I'm/we're) missing here.

Empty minus 12 icons in the lower-right corner with a small, 3 pixel wide bar called the Start Menu on autohide on the right side.

Or (assuming you use XP) you can just stick the font in via a RightClick -> Paste in the Windows\Fonts directory-- I did that with Press Start K and it autoinstalled.

Rule of thumb: MAKE SURE YOU RESTART AFTER INSTALLING NEARLY EVERYTHING OR IT MAY JUST NOT SHOW UP.



Btw, it was a font, right? A true blue .ttf file?

It's because it's not a spiffy True Type font (note Courier doesn't either, but it's New flavor does) .... you can still access it by typing in Terminal in the font bar, it'll still workk just not show up in the menu...

...and the PSK font, I'd send it over but at the moment my computer's lagging and I'm too goddamn lazy to find it. just try this

I also hate the color pink when used around other bright colors. Hell, I hate every color if it's surrounded by colors of the around the same luminesence (LUM in most colorpickers)...


It is on the verge of burning my eyes, but not quite. Close, though..

I'm just wondering what program/virus/trojan/etc uses this, because while watching the Sasser fix tool scan I noticed there were more than 80000 files (10.5GB) in format YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS-????????, no extension. There seems to be about 2-4 files created every second ranging from 1k to 500k...

... and I can't view the folder in Explorer (it just shows the flashlight folder thing forever ) and in DOS, using rd didn't work (it just kinda sat there )

Plus, the HDD light's been on all the time and lsass.exe has been constantly reading and writing from the disk

On ocassion (3 times today) the computer restarted ...

Any and all help would be appreciated, this is beginning to piss me off

Anything >= 30kB = far too large.

Especially when using a nearly 8 year old laptop with a 40kbps connection that has problems loading IE itself (yes, with about:blank home) in less than 10 seconds.

I've managed to keep 99% of my layouts nder 10kB. Though those who loooove huge anime wallpapers images must use giant images which makes Lappy 4015 sad.

I originally thought this would be somewhat harder to do (extra queries) but then I realized that I was thinking about activity.php (stop using it in your damn layouts, thank you very much) ...

Regardless, remembering the small amounts of information I overheard a while ago, the && values are stored in their own mysql column with posts, and adding a new one might be mmroe difficult (since they're already stored, you'd have to update them to have the extra value-- whee, great fun)...

...in short: don't expect this soon. Possibly ever.

General text work: Tahoma (only at 11 px) and Verdana

Notepad: Terminal


In other words, I use PSK/DigitSmall for Windows interface things, Tahoma/Verdana for everything else, and Terminal for monospaced text editing.

In DOS, Winamp will often skip and lag like mad, and all that fun stuff.

I just kinda sat in my room working on CMED for an hour or so without any kind of music, as my room at my dad's (where I did it) doesn't have anything I can use.

Of course, I've also worked on it for three hours...
