It's based on a complicated system of dealing with the time registered, actual level/EXP, post rates, amount of posts, and damn near everything else.

And everyone starts out with a lovable 1:



And the reason it didnt' work is because you have to tack on ?u=uid on the end. Replace uid with the user ID.

WHy bother? A lot of bugfixes and the like are already out for 1.8, and there's not many [major] improvements minus the replying stuff.

And yes, that explains it. I'm alone on the board quite a bit [this morning for instance] and no one's on, so I have nothing to do.

Fyxe used to be on around the same time, so it'd make for interesting tagboard conversatiosn, but he left...

Yeah, I like thoose smileys. But I don't use them that often... as they get cropped by MSN in a ugly way.

I found them ironically on a MSN "fansite".
The protoboard appears to have pretty much died.

20 posts in the last WEEK.

That's pretty much dead if you ask me... granted, yes, it's usually slow but still about 3-10ppd on average [11 today] ...

Wait a sec. Take out that 11 and you have about 9 posts in the last WEEK. Even Elric's board gets more, and it only has about ... well... 4, 5... 7 regualars... then again PB has roughly 2

Elric's: 99 in the last week, 12 in the last day.
Proto: 20 in the last week, 11 in the last day.

This is the company that made the Hoyle series [shut up, dammit, I liked the old DOS version... the charas would say funny things if you let them sit there instead of playing, hehe...] and Thexder...

Yes, but then you risk having lost whatever you've done all around unless you save to different states.

I've done it myself quite a few times. Save to a different state after everything major you do [or just use 1+2]
