Try creating a boot disk if there's an option to do so and booting from that. Of course it's not going to let you-- You're trying to convert the drive you're running off of [C:\] --- it's in use by Winderz.

Go for a boot disk.

Ever tried formatting C:\ when you're running XP/98/other shit off of it? It'll give you "Drive in use" error or such.

Just get a fscking boot disk and run off of that, jeez..
