There's also OmniSecure, if it's just for a test board.

Runs right off of your computer, and is invaluable when you just want to mess with PHP... just change the base directory in the Default Virtual Webserver settings to wherever you need and go to localhost or 127.0.0.1...

(You'll also need to get a copy of MySQL and install this, and phpMyAdmin wouldn't hurt either)

It did (and still does -- staff only) but was removed for hogging all of the resources, not bandwidth.

And if you ever think it's coming back on this server, you're wrong, seeing as it already has problems with the board alone
