I've tried Linux (Fedora Core 3), and it wasn't very fun to use at all...

Installing it was hard enough, since it wasn't very friendly with the screen and I couldn't tell what half of it was (the screen wasn't updating in parts for some strange reason) and a lot of times programs would crash or just not run right...

Then I switched to Win 2000. I never get a crash (unless RO crashes or something) and I've managed over 40 days before a power outage did me in

I've had very bad experiences with Macs (they really like to crash/freeze for no reason) so I tend to avoid them, and I don't like the style of that stupid little bar thing at the bottom and various other junk.

In short: I've grown accustomed to Windows 98 and above, hate XP because it takes forever to get to a usable point on a computer almost three times faster than this (800mhz vs >2GHz) and is just a pain to deal with through all of the stupid features they put in.

Very short: I <3 Windows 2000.

This is the ability to search through AIM screennames of registered users on the board, not whatever you're thinking of.

(Personally, I'd just like to have an ability to add it to the member listing, and you can just add &ppp=9999 and do a CTRL+F search through it

None.

No 'new' games really interest me, sans things like Lumines, Meteos, and a few other rare games.

Based on the fact that recent games have been far below par, unless I see a killer app for any of these that I have to have (and several others I like) I'm not getting any of them.

Besides, I'm more of a classic gamer. I play my NES more than my XBox, and my SNES and Genesis still got fairly good usage until we put them in my closet somewhere (I still havent' found them and I'm out of power outlets in my room

)

Just as a note, I read somewhere the GBM is coming out at a whopping ninety dollars.

The DS is soon being lowered to $100.

I think any smart person who wasn't buying just because of the size would most definitely shell out another ten dollars for something that plays another generation of [newer] games.

I mean, crap, if you're making a GBA Lite, make the price lower. Jeez.

See, I was inspired to do this from someone's scrolling layout. I hate them. A lot. I do not like having to scroll when someone posts, especially when their layout fucks up and makes the scrollbar really fucking small or invisible, or when a QUOTE forces it to scroll.

This is mostly an exaggeration on how bad it can get, but I've still had to scroll around becasue of some stupid bullshit someone put in there.

Rest assured this is mostly just a joke (I hate scroll layouts) and I'll be going back to the regularly scheduled layout soon enough.

By the way, chances are you won't even be able to read this because the damn box is so small.
