Of course it'll be off when logged out. Since $loguser doesn't exist, any value you request will return 0, and since 0 is "off", it'll make it appear it was disabled for everyone.

Had you logged in as another user that had them on, you would've found them to be all enabled.

The irony here is that about 50% of your posts would be flagged by this... heh.

Not to mention it's mostly only used on giant boards where moderators have a hard time keeping up, and this board can handle everything well enough not to need such a feature (not to mention you can usually just contact someone over AIM)

Yeah, a suggestion: actually use English, not whatever language that is.

Also, make sure you actually have a good connection (BT on a 56k will still be 5 kb/s) and that the appropriate port(s) on your router are forwarded properly, provided you use a router.

Lastly, make sure the seed(s) you are downloading from doesn't have a 56k.

Here's a tip, actually ask someone who has one next time. Both I've seen have been perfectly fine, and have zip problems.

I was skeptical too, but believe me, every one I've seen has had no problems. It's not as bad as they make it out to be (yes, the Japan one had problems, but those were fixed before the US release)

No, but you can always make one yourself. The ways of doing so vary, but Hexposure (DOS) has a relative search feature, with an option to build a table based on results. (Transhexlation (WIN32) has one, but it can't build tables iwth them, so you usually just get garbage -- but if you can figure out how to make tables, you should be fine)

And I'm with NetSplit here (despite how ironic that post was) -- post something useful or shut the fuck up.
