Hold out your hand, and have someone press the two fingers next to the thumb (forgot their names) against the area where the hand meets the arm (not on the palm side) pushing your arm downwards, while you say the word "yes". Your arm will budge a bit, but won't move very far downwards. Now, do the same, but this time, say "no". Your hand will be pressed down. And yes, it does work. (Yeah, I suck at explaining stuff.
