Well, I'm really not only hacking it, I translating it into spanish too, but I've had a little problem: I can't find the graphics (or text) data of the title screen. If someone knows where is it and what kind of compression use (because I can't find it), I would be helpful. Thanks.

Yes, I want to translate it into spanish because I speak spanish (I'm from Colombia), and a lot of spanish speakers want it in their native language.

Thanks dan, I already knew about Lunar Compress, but until now, I've only found sprites, but nothing about the title screen. I've finished almost everything, but that title screen has been bothering me since the beginning (I want to change the PRESS START text (or graphics?) data to PULSA START).

Anyways, thanks for the support. Good luck and see you later!

Maybe they don't have new episodes or they're making brainwashing on you with some ads, telling you what's the next episode is (like a Simpsons's episode about entering the NAVY or something like that) =P

I agree too. Especially when you achieve the true ending (with the ship moving in the sea).

Of course Chrono Trigger.

It has an absorbing story, perfect music, excellent graphics, etc.

Of those of the poll, CT is the best.

Posted on 06-27-04 10:59 PM, in Zsnes or Snes9X? Link
This is a difficult one.

I had always used ZSNES, but that was because my PC was old and Snes9X didn't run fast enough. After I "switched" computers to a new and powerful one, things changed.

ZSNES was starting to be obsolete. I mean, Snes9X has everything what I needed, excellent speed, compatibility, user friendly, etc., plus I like Windows based programs. But, the big Snes9X problem it's the lack in customization which make me switch to ZSNES sometimes. For example, I don't like TAB button to be the Turbo button, I like ZSNES because it lets me configure it (I like to use the space bar).

Both are almost the same as good as the other.

What this means?
ZSNES = Old PCs.
Snes9X = New PCs.
ZSNES & Snes9X = Whatever YOU want!

Of course the z80, I think it's more flexible, easier and gives a better perfomance. I like the 6502 too, but it isn't as good as the z80.

Same sex couples cannot pro-create.
Neither can an opposite-sex couple that is infertile, one or both of which has had a vascectomy/hysterectomy (or however those are spelled), or simply choose not to have children.
Yes, but they (opposite-sex couples) are supposed to do it, while a same-sex couple cannot never (I hope) and should not (in case some weird scientist invents a way to do it, which would be total degradation of EVERYTHING) even mention the idea to have babies. Admit it, we are not speaking in a religious form, I'm just saying that they can't naturally pro-create children. Even if a "normal" couple cannot conceive children (for the reasons you gave), they were still supposed to be able to, while same-sex couples don't.

Oh, and by the way, I don't care if homosexuals get married or not, that's up to their belief.

But then the child should leave with one or another, but not in a same-sex oriented "family". And don't put those words as if I haven't said anything, I said in same-sex couples, so don't change the topic.

SAME-SEX COUPLES PROCREATING CHILDREN = NO

18. . The place for pro-creation and development of children. Same sex couples cannot pro-create.
I'm pointing at this, which what I mean is that if they can NOT naturally procreate children, they should not even adopt, that's not the nature flow of things.

And now don't come with the "but if a opposite-sex infertile blah blah blah" thing because THAT would be normal, same-sex just can't, and just should not be able to (in any way), period.

Posted on 03-17-05 06:19 AM, in How many languages do you know ? Link
The only languages I have idea of are:

1) Spanish: Well, this is my native language, I am from Colombia. I might say I'm pretty good at it, I mean, being a native speaker doesn't make you a GOOD one, but hey, I am.

2) English: This is taught at schools, but I must say I did learn most of it from videogames, or at least the vocabulary. I took some courses which really improved my grammar, and well, chatting the whole day on IRC does help you a lot.

3) Japanese: What I know about this is pretty basic, I can recognize hiragana and katakana, some kanjis used on videogames, some common phrases, but I could not create a sentence nor translate one.

I know there are some post similar somewhere, but this is most specific and it's more technical in the sense that I will ask specific things.

First : I would like to know which distrubution do you use (if you do currently) and why.

Second : It would be cool if you could provide some advantages and disadvantages (pros and cons) for the different distributions you HAVE tried, not guesses here, please.

Third : I'd like you to help me clasify different distros for different kind of users, I mean, home VS company. Which one would be better for different cases, needs, etc., and what requirements are needed for each one.

Fourth : Please don't comment other people posts, just let them be, we'll try to open a space for it when the main, important things have been said already.

Thanks for your support and I will be waiting for your awesome answers.

Actually, I was looking for personal comments, understand me? Although that link is awesomely cool, and I may edit it (translation, etc.) and make it public so people can get its benefits, I need "real" information about my questions.

Anyways, if you, personally, have tried some GNU/Linux distributions, please, support my "investigation". I will, eventually, have to try some of them.

As far as I know, Translhextion lets you see japanese characters...

Anyways, another (even better) option is WindHex by Bongo`, from Stealth Translations, which has japanese support among other great things.

Have fun!
