HyperHacker: It doesn't do it to me most of the time except when I boot the GC without knowing where my controller his. It is usually under some clothes so the joystick isn't where it's sopposed to be. Oh! And that also happen when I play games with 2 Wavebirds or more, people change frequencies.

As the title says, I have problem with my sound drivers. I have VIA AC'97 Audio Controller (WDM) and it says that it's active but malfunctionning. So any one got any idea of what the hell could be wrong. I'm currently trying to fin some drivers.

How I'm I supposed to find the version of the driver. And In the Device Manager it says, it's working correctly.

If I'm not mistaken, the version number is 080 (damn you, French Window).
And I use Win98 SE. And just so I can find things faster with less problems, any way to change the default language of Windows?

I founded out something else strange (I'm 100% sure it's related to my problem). When I boot Windows, at one of the Black Screen with white text(after Windows 98's logo), there is writen (7 times): Too much parameters.

It worked! Thank you, It's so much better being able to listen to some music!

Edit: Funny how none of the fixes writen in the Version History were actually corresponding to what Window actually said. Anyway, it seems like my older version of sound driver has been change, for the better.
