Hehe, I took apart a NES controller once. Everyone should do, and clean it on the inside. The response in games get much better. |

...last time I installed Windows 2000 I could set what partitions I wanted on the HD. It should be possible to set a partition on 10 gb and one on the rest. I did that alot of times. And as I know it, the Windows 2000 installer is the same as Windows XP. When it comes to the first part at least. |
Hell, the installer do have a own partitioner thing. Did you somehow miss that?  ...and Windows install don't destroy the Linux partitions, where the hell did you get that from? It does however mess up the MBR, but that's fixable.... still you should install Windows before Linux becuse of the MBR. (edited by Kitty Jedi on 04-21-05 12:59 PM)

We had some restore card before on our computers, it takes 10 seconds longer to start up and so. But the computer is always the same when you start it up. So that was a nice way to fend off viruses and "little shits" ruining the computers. Windowx XP is more safe in that department, but it's still possible to ruin it in "regular user mode". That one had a Monochrome mode. Now there is none with a Monochrome monitor. Althought it wouldn't surprise me if Win XP still have support for that mode.
