I probably would eat thoose thigns as late breakfeasts, but I would make sure to train on the same day too...

If that beta really existed it would be worth alot of money.

Most beta versions out there aren't that much diffrent from their final game. Like the ducktales beta. One music was changed competly, another music was made slower in the final version and alot of things got correct grammatically.

Betas are fun becuse they usually do show things that was stripped out. But you do have to remember that they don't remove things that are good. Citadel in Goldeneye was a such famed place, which have been found and was nothing more than a "boring" test level. Or the casino in Goldeneye that apparently was planned, but stripped away. (I bet that they realised the level wouldn't be that much fun somehow...)

I think there was three Starfox betas, if you can refer the other ones as beta. Merely as Alpha, becuse one of the Starfox 2 betas is nothing more than a simple buggy uncomplete Tech demo. (beta should actually mostly be used on software that is somewhat finished but just needs a quite few bugs ironed out). The last Starfox2 beta is however almost complete, with a few bugs that could as well be emulator related... I have no idea.

I can't see myself getting Mac OS X anytime soon, since i'm so dependant on Windows/Linux software. I can run things with WINE in Linux and I can see myself switching to Linux but not Mac OS X soon... althought I maybe buy a small Mac mini computer someday, especially when i'm quite impressed.

Anyway, is Windows FAT/NTFS the only OS filesystems where a defrag utility is needed nowdays? I know for sure that Linux's (EXT3) and Mac OS X's (whatever it is...) dosen't need one normally, althought there probalby is. Sure Windows does it somewhat automatically, but I still have to do a manual defrag now and then.

And we should so have a similar FAQ for other OS's that intrest seems to rise in, expect for Windows obviously. :/ And I so need to ask a Linux zealot a few questions... xD

Mmm, back in the days where viruses was spread by diskettes and did hide themself in the MBR part of the HD. Hell, I remember our teachers warning about not having our own diskettes but using school ones...

I never got a virus until year 2000, nowdays I see them now and then. Althought I always stop them before they breakthrough.

I got away with posting 5000 posts on the old board, that wasn't very coherent back then either. So I think there is no need to worry. ^__^

Every tenth post is a milestone.

Good idea BTW.

I don't trust thoose online IQ tests anyway, and oh. I already done a IQ test, it was quite above 150. Won't say the exact figures becuse I hate to boast about numbers that dosen't mean much how well I will do in the future or how my personality is. Well I do have a easy time for games that involves logic, such as chess.

Althought I probably would pass the Mensa's test easily. I tried their introducery test and I did it perfectly. But I have no plans to join them.

There is a few threads in the display case that I somehow wonder why they have gotten moved in, since they seem to be created and moved by the same person and aren't that funny. :/

One of the threads wasn't display cased until a month later or so when Erk-dog came and said "LOL" and moved it.

...what's wrong with having a favorite thread?

I remember seeing this TV program where they caught some people who had a full lab in their backseat. A lab to make amfetamin.

The excuse they had? "We bought it at a antique shop".

And so the activity sinks like a rock. 399 posts in the last hours by now, that's below the average.

I maybe should leave a few days more if my presence suddenly causes 100 less posts.

Edit: And apparently, the server needs a restart. -.-;

...there is a obviously easy way to check if it's the server or your connection that is acting up. By like looking at other webpages and see if they load as slow. Or you look on the bottom where the page render time is, it's the time that takes for the server to render the page (not to transfer it, keep that in mind...) so when it's above ten seconds it's usually acting up.

Seen it taking 200 seconds a few times.

Hey, I did talk about hacking Snake rattle n roll. And I actually did hack that game. And I did get far, then just got bored on the game and the hacking.

Let say, the data format was wierd but easy to figure out. There is no way in hell that I would continue to hack that game without making an simple editor. I have a idea how I would make that editor so maybe I do it in the summer... maybe.
