| Repeatedly use his CO power to amass a large amount of funds while sending Neotank after Neotank at the opponent with several infantry units to capture cities and and anti-air units for good measure, up until the point where 60,000+ funds are collected, at which point he'd use his Super CO Power to power his attacks up to the point at which they're mostly unstoppable, then ravage the opponent's army, then pick off the remaining troops while gaining more funds until his super CO power can be used again to take out everything the opponent has, all the while capturing whatever cities are undefended with the infantry troops to gain more money still? At least, if I were him, I know I would. Edit: Alright. It'd make more sense if you've played Advance Wars 2.
