| Oh come on guys, give me a break. Stupid ideas won't make it here. Some ideas are possible but require so much work that it would just delay the hack even more. Why don't I just turn SMB3 into a River City Randoms style beat'em up game? Seriously, I'm here to modify SMB3. There may be a TON of additions in this hack, but the core of it is still SMB3. It still feels like SMB3 and will always play like SMB3. |

The catch is, a team of experienced and unexperienced ROM Hackers need to team up to create this FAQ and/or Wiki. This cannot be a one or two person job. We need experienced ROM Hackers for the answer and unexperienced for questions we may miss. An idea like this would work very well IF people are willing to contribute and participate and discuss what to put in. |

Chill Mr. Nintendo, I'll update when I'm ready. There's not much to update about since all I'm doing is levels and very little of that as it is. My gf's coming back to town, I'm starting school myself and I'm reading Harry Potter, so once I get back to RHing, I'll come back with an update. |

Where were you people when it was time to vote? So much dislike for SMB3, yet more people voted for SMB3 than SSBM. If ya don't vote, there is no justice! |
But of course I'm glad to see that SMB3 won. I love SSBM to death and all, but my heart will always belong to SMB3. For it being the only game I owned on the NES for a whole year, it provided me with enough things to do to last me a life time (and still does!)

 Only two stages: Heavy - 8 Oni - 9 Nothing really crazy but I love Synchronized Love (fave song in all DDR mixes). This is a lengthy file for me, 4 minutes and 40 seconds. Had to cut out the long beginning by about 8 seconds. (edited by DahrkDaiz on 08-17-05 10:29 PM)

yes it's quite evil. I had to flex my arm in some weird way that allowed my fingers to move without me even feel them (my arm usually goes numb 1/2 way through the 2nd loop). I'm just glad I can even PASS this thing. I want to see the mighty Hiryuu do it now. |

Anyways, my turn to answer Uncle Elmo's question since you people suck and have no clue what you're talking about... 1. What is the criteria to get the "Extra Stage"? Is it all 3 songs on AA? Does it matter what difficulty you're on? For any of the DDRs in Max and up, AA'ing the last stage on Heavy or Oni goes to extra stage. For Max, your extra stage is Max 300, for Max 2, it's Maxx Unlimited, for Extreme, you get to choose your extra stage. If you AA your extra stage in Max 2, you get an Encore stage, which is Candy Star and for DDR Extreme, you must AA The Legend of Max on Extra Stage to get an Encore, which is Dance Dance Revolution (Oni steps). On Encore Stage, the scroll is at 3x, reverse and Sudden Death: break your combo and the stage is over. FINALLY, after several weeks, I've AA'd A (Oni) with 44 greats and 1 good. I was flying on the pad, too but damn I pulled it off... |
