Rips are great, but like most everyone else, hand drawn graphics are better. That's why I fill my hack up with rips, customize those rips (with new palettes, and some edited graphics), and then fill in all remaining space (about half) with hand drawn stuff. I also rip from other games that almost no one has played. Most games I rip from are japanese too .Plus I have a few things in my hack from N64 games (mainly SM64) that look pretty good if I do say so my self . The palette is obviously a bit smaller, but it went from about 24 colors down to 16, so it isn't that big of a deal anyway. Plus my dithering technique hardly changes the picture anyway. Makes it a bit grainey tho .Rips = Awesome. Hand Drawn = Superior. |

| Holy crap that whale is cool! I like that shot the best yet out of all of them. The FG graphics are okay, but the circles are a bit too big imo. Are the crabs animated or are they enemies? About the mario name in the status bar: The top row (row 0) in the palette editor controls the color. It is the 9th, 10th, and 11th palette color I think . It is redish pink I know that. Just don't use that color square in your BG's and you will be fine. |

| I got a new computer, and it has XP. First thing that poped into my mind was to make a SNES controller work on the PC! So I took one of my many many SNES controllers, and fired up google to look for some tutorials. I found this one here: SNES Controller to PC. It seemed to look pretty good. I then looked up a diagram of a parallel port, and found this: Parallel Port Diagram I hooked everything up, checking to make sure stuff worked along the way. I plugged it into my computers parallel port, and installed it all using the programs mentioned on that first website. However, I am running into some problems. I need to know the I/O address of my parallel port . I have no clue how to go about doing this, and I need some assistance.If someone can point me in the direction (not google ) of how to figure out the address that would be awesome! I really would love to use this controller on my PC.Thank you. |

| Well, I think it was blackhole89 (using your whole name like asked) has a SMW hack called, SMW: LTTP or something like that with some zelda stuff in it (a BG or 2?). Other than that I don't think anyone else has made anything related to zelda out of SMW. Also, blackhole89's hack has nothing to do with zelda, or so I have heard .I would love to see what you come up with. |

| I don't know who you are but welcome back. You should have included a screen or two of your hack, or at least had some questions. Also, always check out the stickies (the noob one is great) before asking questions. And don't forget the LM help file . |
