I will join if you want, but what exactly do I have to do? I can't even find the "Join colony" thing your talking about. All I see is a paragraph, a clock, a weird bubble thing that keeps moving, and a box where you can type things in. I have tried typing in: Join Colony, and 41240782, but neither work . I know EXACTLY what you mean. My post my not be as long or well spoken as yours, but I am in the same type of situation. A girl I love, and who SAYS she loves me, are dating. But I am older than her, and I dont know if her feelings are real, or if she is only saying that. It worries me sometimes. But, with the girls your talking about, DONT RUSH THINGS! Believe me I know. I have rushed before and it has ended in pain and heart-break . My current GF, I took it slow (knew her for 4 years, then started dating last february). So go slow, and do things for the girl you currently like. Be nice, and make sure your always there for her.It will all work out. Trust me  .Good luck |

Well, I was in the hidden "why doesn't this work" thread, and I saw there were people in it, that weren't actually there. So I changed the url from, 00 to -0, to +0 to =0 to =-0 etc etc. Different combonations to see what happened. It just changed who was "there". The "=0" ones just gave me MySQL errors. So then I tried adding. I typed in *****=99+1-1 and posted. It ended up here. Nothing big, just seeing what was going to happen. But I can't get it to work again for some reason . Its giving me MySQL errors, and stuff. I was originally trying to find the secret thread talked about in the "why doesn't this work" thread. And seeing if I could make a new thread on page 99+1-1....ya I was board. Im gald nothing bad happened tho.EDIT: Now instead of just getting errors, I am getting a thread does not exist page . | First, I would like to say that that people may think my problem is weird, strange, not right, or even illegal. I would like to say, I am fine with how you feel about my predicament, but please keep the flames and insults to yourselves. Thanks I have been dating this girl since february of 2005. Just abit after valentines day (the friday after), but have know her for 4+ years. Without mentioning ages, we are about 5 years apart. Currently we are legally not aloud to date; we do anyway. This girl is very mature for her age, as am I (or so I like to think). My problem is as follows: We both love each other very much. There is no "sex" involved in the relationship due to our ages. Only kissing, hugging, and hanging out. My parent(s) just recently found out about us, but her parents have no idea. My parent(s) said they were fine with our relationship, so long as no one found out. But recently they have been saying its not right, shes to young, get over her, and all this stuff. Her parents have no idea what is going on. Its killing me inside that they dont know, but I am certain that they will not approve because of our ages. My girlfriend and I have been doing things together for over a year now, and no one has found out on their own accord. We have been secretive because we both knew it wasn't right. However, recently people have begun to notice how we act around each other. We used to talk all the time around others, hang out and all that fun stuff, but since my parents found out (I told them), my girlfriend has been acting differently. We still do everything like we used to, but when she and I are around my parents, she brushes me off and doesn't talk very much. The reason I told my parents is because of something they told me. I came home from school one day and they told me that my girlfriend and her family were moving (this was before they found out about us). I didn't believe them, but asked questions anyway. I found out they were moving to Virgina, in the states. Their dad is in the army, and thats where he got posted. Currently we (my GF and I) are in canada, where we live. I found out about the posting in January. Then at about the start of February, end of January, I was told they were moving to Hawaii. I was heart-broken, and had nothing to say. I love my GF so much, I didn;t want her to go. So a few days later, I came downstairs crying, saying I was sick. My mom saw thru it, and got it out of me that this girl and I were dating. She wasn't surprised. She said she suspected it. Now here is my problem. My GF is moving to Hawaii on July 24th 2005, thats less than 70 days. She has become more and more distant from me over the months, and I don't know why. She says she still loves me, we still talk everyday, and see each other everyday, but not like we used to. She is just so excited about going to Hawaii because she thinks she will be swimming all day and have a great time. I don't blame her for thinking this way, but I have tried to explain things to her. I hate doing it, making her sad, but I tell her its not going to be like that all the time. None of her friends will be there, I wont be there, her relitives wont be there, no one. American school will be different from canadian school, the time zone difference will make it very hard to keep in contact. So many things that she just isn't getting. We have searched together on the internet for the place they are moving to in Hawaii, and the place she is living, there is no water (beaches) for 6 miles. She thought they would live in a house beside the beach. I hate to disappoint her like that, but she needs to know the truth. So, now she is having second thoughts about actually wanting to go, but there is nothing either of us can do. Its not like she can stay here, or I can go there. I can't even visit without having to pay alot of money. It will cost me to get a visa card, a passport, and a plane ticket. I have already been given permission by her family to live with them for a few weeks if I ever come to visit (the family loves me, and loves me being around). Thing is, my parents dont approve. They dont want me going to Hawaii, and refuse to sign for a passport for me. I have saved up enough money for a ticket (just need a few hundred more bucks for other stuff), and they know that the family would love for me to come up, but dont approve of my relationship with this girl. It just seems like everything is starting to fall apart. My girlfriend is leaving, my grades are slipping, I am depressed (severe), my body aches everyday, I have been getting into fights about this with my family, people tease me because I am dating someone 5 years younger, and I just feel like life isn't worth living anymore. I am only truly happy when I am with her. She just makes me so happy. I am crying as I write this down, because there are so many things that will change when she is gone. The only brightside I can see to this is the fact that she will be coming back here permanently in 4 to 5 years. However, I will be alot older, and my feelings may have changed; scarier than that, hers might have also. I just never want to lose her, and have her not be a part of my life. She terrifies me because she is a very "sexual" person, and being like that at such a young age, will make her think that its okay. I dont want her ruining her life having sex with boys and doing drugs and such. Hell she tried her first cigeratte when she was 5. She has never had one since, but still, it scares me as to what she may be doing with the influence of Hawaii and beaches, and sunsets, and all that beautiful stuff. Any guy there could show her a better time than I could here in this miserable place. So her leaving has really gotten me upset, and 4 to 5 years is just way to long of a stretch to be away from the person you love. My parents refuse to let me visit her, and its killing me. I just had to write this out and get some opinions on what I should do, if anything at all. All the long distance relationships I have ever heard of, have ended in a not so good way. I love this girl wayyyy to much for something like that to happen. She isn't liked by others very much for the way she acts, and even her parents neglect her sometimes. I am just glad I give her enough attention for all of them combined (thats what she says anyway). So some help would be great, and if a girl is sexually active at a young age (not actual sex, but like handjobs etc, and kissing older guys), would she most likely be like that when she gets abit older, and becomes a teen? And please keep the flames to yourself. I am only looking for some help, and none of this is jokingness, its all serious. Weirder things have happened than this, I am not looking for put-downs, I have had enough of those from people I thought cared about me. Thanks for some help. |

| I know its odd. Its not working now tho.....maby I did something different before tho. And I was going to test it out in the Uma Thurman fourm, or the "why doesn't this work" one, but at the time I had the last post in both . I have had a weird problem with events in the past few hacks I have made. A castle appears out of no where passing events 1D to 1E. Here are the screen shots: Here is the submaps, they are fine and everything. I am about to go to Event 1E here.  I go to event 1E and a castle appears on Bowser's submap. And on the vinnila dome map, the castle (weither its actually there or not. Meaning if the there is even no castle), will make the top disappear and a bottom appear. I have edited the castle settings, tried to delete the "fallen" castle and nothing works. I am pretty sure that the rom is fine, cause when it was the 512kb one, the game played perfectly. I can't delete the fallen castle, move it, or anything at all. Its annoying because it shows up in the game when the events are passed. I know that my explination isn't very clear, but I dont really know how to explain the problem fully without IPSing a patch. Which I dont really want to do. So if you need more info, or screens of something else, I would be glad to get them, because I need this problem fixed soon  . Thanks for any help. |

| Yes I have tried editing the event tiles (Im not new to any of this, and only recently have had these problems since I started trying to hex edit, so I fear that I messed something up). I have deleted all my events, all the destroy event tile settings etc, BUT event 3 will not stay deleted. It constantly reverts to 1E, or 1D. Nothing else, just those numbers. The only thing I haven't tried is deleting ALL of the overworld entirly, and restarting from scratch. Which I refuse to do. Layer 2 maby, but not the layer with the graphics. Do any of you think that may fix the problem? Completly delete the overworld except the ground itself? That means all the events, settings etc, back to normal. Might that fix things? |

She just has a thing for beaches....and food. Thats why I was worried about her going to Hawaii. She will be living in a city (village maby?) called Whitmore Village, on the island of Oahu. Hard coded paths are the green and blue, land and water tiles you use to show mario which way to go. They are layer 1 I think. But maby layer 2 . |

| Oh those paths. Now I feel stupid. They can be used without ASM, but they usually dont work as planned. In an overworld I created a while ago, I had conflict with paths crossing each other. Here is what I did: Mario Went down here .........|......... .........v........ \\\\\\\\| |\\\\\\\\\ \\\\\\\\| |\\\\\\\\\\ ========== <----- Another path \\\\\\\\| |\\\\\\\\\ \\\\\\\\| |\\\\\\\\\\ .........^........... .........|........... And ended here I found that as long as mario has a path to walk on (even if its not the same direction as he is going), he will still go onto the other path thats on the other side . It worked for me in the top right cornor of the main map.Also, like the "hard coded" path in Choco Island, if you go in a half circle anywhere on the main map, then have the paths stop, mario will continue in the same path as choco islands pipe path one. I attepted to use this, but it was to unreliable. Sometimes it would send me into a circle where I would stop moving .And a program for editing these would be pretty cool . |

| I think there was a document that had how to add a power bar to enemies. Anyway, try this, it may work: Use that SNES9x debugger (sorry I forgot the name ), and open up SMAS. Now open up SMB2 and trace when the status hearts change. You may beable to use that code and apply it to mario. Im talking out of my ass here, I have no clue what Im saying, it just sounds like it may work.The noobiest question ever would be: "What is LM used for?" |

| Yes there is. You will need to buy a flash cart. They are used to take SNES games from the cartridge, and put them on a computer. You can also take the games from the computer and put them in an empty cart (not quite sure how this works ). Just search google for FLASH CART or PLAYING SNES ROMS ON A SNES, or somthing along those lines. It shouldn't be to hard to find.It's possible, thats for sure tho . |

| I have no clue if you can change the header. I heard of a program on Zophars that does something to the header of SNES games, but dont know if it makes them 0x200. I do know however, that contracting a ROM is virtually impossible. No programs are made to fo it .You're trying to hack into SDW:TLC aren't you? Sounds like it .... |

| EDIT: Nvm, I just checked out Google, and there are worlds A-D. Maby you should check out Zophars Domain for a savestate that is at the start of World A. I have found the completed YI game savestate there . Just a thought.BTW, check out TMK. It says that to get WORLD 9, you have to go thru the game without warping.
