Actually, the YI penguin would be awesome if it was done well. I would play it. The levels would have to fit the theme however, because a panguin walking thru a desert seems a little strange. Same with this hack. A pokey in an ice level , seems a bit weird. Btw, pokeys are slow...so its going to look really weird seeing them move real fast, jumping, picking up shells and especially flying. You have thought about all this right? |

Once again, awesome! If I didn't know that this was SMW, and had no clue what SMB3's ow looked like, I would sware this was it. Perfect rips and palettes! Good job. Few questions tho: 1. In Your First Ice World (replacing the YI submap), why do you have levels 1,2,3,4, and 5 repeating? It looks kinda strange. 2. The bottom most submaps need some islands. They seem rather empty. 3. What will be animated on these overworlds? Other than that, these are very good! Looking forward to a demo. |

That looks really good! I have a question tho: Do you draw these and scan them in at 1-bit (pure black and white), or do you use one of those pressure drawing pads? Either way, it looks really good! |

I have been annoyed with a certain thing for a while now, and I need a fix/some help. I am fairly sure that this would be a simple block to create, but I dont know any ASM, so I can't be sure. Anyway, what I need is: A block that acts like a vine tile ALL the time. BUT, when mario or another sprite is "sensed" ontop of it, it becomes a solid tile so Mario/sprites can't fall thru. However, mario will still be able to crawl down the "tile" by standing ontop of it, and pressing down. So its a normal vine tile that acts as a solid block when stood on. But acts like a vine tile again when stood on and pressing down. I hope that makes sense. Now I doubt that antone will make me this, but hey its worth a shot isn't it. |

Then when marios bottom pixels and the blocks top pixels touch AND the game notices you pressed down, the blocks acts like a ladder again. That make sense? I actually think Nintendo did this in SMB2, but I may be wrong there. |

Thanks man! So far its been awesome (ya and I just got up), cause I don't have to go to school!! My mom is letting me stay home! Finally I will be able to get my G1 so I can drive. Being 16 is awesome! I'm going to one of my fav resturants tonight, Swiss Chalet, so thats going to be awesome, cause we dont go there alot. And my family is all going to be over tonight. I am also getting a mini-fridge (Ive always wanted one), a new computer on around the 20th, and a digital camera. Its going to be a great birthday! |

Wow, Edward Scissorhands neighbourhood! Everything looks....perfect! And whats that...sidewalks on BOTH sides of the street ! And they are white! Wow. Here, we have ugly grayish-white sidewalks that are only on one side of the road (about 2 meters...ummm 6 feet? from the road), and our grass is like always dead. You live in an awesome looking place! Nice pic by the way. Pretty clear for a camera phone shot! |
