You could write your own routines, or, and I know you didn't want to hear this, but use Lunar Compress. It's easy. Here are all the compressed graphics I found for YI using sniff.

Well, a few people I know release many versions online to get massive beta testing, and if a hardware fKitten Yiffer were to wipe out his hack on his computer, the latest or almost latest version of it will be online to start from (instead of starting from scratch....a bad thing).

Since I have found the internet, strategy guides are all about useless and a waste of money. The last strategy guide I bought was for Final Fantasy 9. It was supposed to be "official". What a joke. Every page, it told you to log online to 'PlayOnline' for the juicy secrets and the best strategies. Why? I bought your stinking guide Square! PUT THE INFO IN THE 15 DOLLAR GUIDE I BOUGHT! Gah. Never again. The waste of paper, HUGE pictures, little text, wasted page space, and every other sentence read:
"If you want the real answer to this puzzle, and need a super secret item, log on to PlayOnline to find out!"

I'm glad the N64 music format is coming together, some of my favorite game music was from N64 games (Including Goldeneye). Personally, I've been abusing the Jolly Roger Bay track from Mario 64.

I hope I don't see too much more of the uncalled for attitude I see above. If I could PM chill pills, I would.

Yeah, I saw this awhile back and posted at Tek, but not here.

Rarewitch seems like a pretty cool site with pictures and codes to access some neat test levels from Banjo Kazooie and every-stuffs.

I know people that want a mapper for the clothes textures so as to put back in the 'All Bonds' code, to play as all the previous Bond Characters (all the facial portraits are in the game, just not the textures, last minute decision to take them out, probably some copywright sillyness...).

All Bubsy Games after the first one. I loved the first one, a little annoying here and there, but a godsend compared to the others (including 3d ).

They had worse controll, and none of the originality of the first....Ca$h Cow.

N5 or Ps3 of course. Under no circumstances will I even consider the next x-box. The starting price for the x-box when it first came out was astrinomical, and it's *just now* lowering it? Pfffft, x-box...what a joke...

That would sort of force players to buy batteries for their controllers... I don't like that idea too much. It would make a neat alternative to the console, but I don't like that it would be the only option (good god are batteries expensive nowadays!).

I do like the gb/gba port though.

But......where's the system carrying handle?

1. Pipes that lead to lava or spike only filled pits ARE funny. Use them.

2. Optional levels (that don't look optional) that have no exits ARE funny and creative.

3. Everything should be in Leet. Event the title screen.

It's more than likely going to be a game for a type of mobile phone. Unfortunately.
Over at http://www.adventchildren.net they have been discussing it, dug up proof, and pics and whatnot of it. It sucks, If it were on a system, or handheld, I'd buy it for certain. But a Mobile Phone? Gah! Bad Squeenix! Bad!

I hate sleeping. If my body didn't need it, I would never do it. It's boring, there's always something better to do, and sleep makes my day go by too fast. Sometimes I get home from work, and am so tired, I go right to bed, just to wake up and go back to work the next day.....

I wish there were a pill I could take that would refresh my body like sleep does, but without the actuall sleeping.

Smart? Yes. Lots of people have cell phones? Yes. Will it still sell? Yes.

All very good points.

But...*I* don't have a cell phone.
The hardware it's on will probably limit what can be done with it as well.
(There are some pretty powerfull cell phones though...)

I'll be ok as long as they port it to a REAL console or handheld....

The Pokemon sticky I agree with, and there already is a thread for Mario 3 and a forum for Mario World (not enough threads to warrent any other mario game having their own sticky).

My layout was using Angelfire also, and my posts were unreadable. Stupid Angelfire indeed..... Now because of this, I'm tempted to email them a complaint, and move to another host (paid if need be) JUST BECAUSE of that sillyness.
I just went over to Photobucket.com and registered a free account. Their sole purpose is to host pics and allows remote linking. I must say, it is the greatest site Ive seen, and hope it stays around.

Perhaps this is just his way of trying out exgfx? An unusual mix indeed of objects and tilesets, but a mish mash of different ideas can come together sometimes and form a quirky fun game. Mega Mario Fantasy Brothers?

Mmmm...Nintendo DS..... *drool*
Nintendo DESERVES to have a monopoly on the handheld market.
Nobody does handhelds like Nintendo.

Wow, so far I've heard GREAT things from Nintendo, some O.K. things from Sony,
and....well....Microsoft seems to be doing a pretty poor job of jacking up gamers like everyone else there.

The new Zelda for GBA looks Sweet! It's like a super upgraded Link To The Past, with really great 2d graphics!

I just saw a few pictures of it, and you play as....The Turks!

I honestly never saw this coming.......
I don't look forward to it, but if it doesn't get ported to a 'proper' gaming machine,
I may have to buy a cell phone just to play this...
